    Love the Nostalgia

by Picker18 on 11/20/19Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

Back up band was great. "Roy's" singing was right on, got better as show progressed. "Buddy's" look was slightly off, but body movements were good along with the vocals. The projected images were very crisp and colors "popped". Overall experience was what I expected. Has anyone ever entertained the idea of "Roy" and "Buddy" just being onstage live for a tribute concert?

    Roy Orbison and Buddy Holly

    by A. H. on 11/20/19Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

The show was fantastic. We had so much fun. The technology is amazing. I felt like I was really at a concert with them. The live band and back up singers were terrific as well!!!

    Wonderful

by Bonnie on 11/20/19Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

When the curtain went up and a movie of Roy Orbison began while the band was playing some of his songs, I thought “this is it?” Then Roy appeared as though he was lifted from under the stage...WOW, what an experience!! It seemed like he was really there. The same with Buddy Holly, he even moved around. The live band was fantastic as were the live backup singers. If you have a chance to see a favorite performer in a Hologram performance, go, you won’t be disappointed!!

    Awesome show

by R. on 11/20/19Rochester Auditorium Theatre - Rochester

This show was super great. They looked as if they were really there. Whoever came up with this idea to do that imagery with them and make it look so real was fantastic. Really enjoyed the show. Would highly recommend if you get the chance to see it

    This was fantastic!

by Bob on 11/13/19Scottish Rite Auditorium - Collingswood

Buddy Holly died when I was 8 years old. I never thought I would be able to see him. I also never saw Roy Orbison. But seeing this show is almost as good as seeing them live. I definitely recommend this show to anyone who likes early rock and roll. I can't wait for more shows from this hologram production company. Well done, and keep the shows coming!!

    Buyer Beware

by Disappointed on 11/13/19Scottish Rite Auditorium - Collingswood

We have seen the Buddy Holly musical 3 times , visited the site of his last concert, and the field where his plane went down. When we saw this show we immediately bought tickets. Unfortunately we had missed the small print that said the main singers were HOLOGRAMS. Very Strange! No personality, talking to the audience, very little applause, no clapping or singing along. A big disappointment. Never thought to check if the entertainers were real but will from now on.

    We were underwhelmed :(

by Disappointed on 11/13/19Scottish Rite Auditorium - Collingswood

The show left us feeling underwhelmed. I did not realize when I purchased the 4 tickets for my parents (early Christmas gift) that the lead singer (Look alikes Roy Orbison and Buddy Holly) we’re going to be pre recorded holograms. It was kind of bizarre and the audience was not really engaged - it was like watching a TV screen instead of a live performance.

Two great performances. Great selection of songs. Can’t wait for them to do others like Elvis, the Beatles, Michael Jackson,.....

Great music, amazing technology, but kinda weird!

    by R. K. on 11/11/19Atlanta Symphony Hall - Atlanta

The show was amazing, the fact that they can do this with singers that have passed on was just amazing. It was too short though, I guess they didn't have that much footage of them both. It was very cool that they actually looked like they were having a conversation with the back up singers.Would recommend it for a one time thing.

    Wonderful

by Old Bopper on 11/11/19Atlanta Symphony Hall - Atlanta

Would have liked the holograms to have been as big as (actual performer height), or even bigger, than the live performers. Would have liked each to have had something to say to the audience. Unbelievably great capture of each and the acoustics were fabulous.

    Entertaining

    by L. A. on 11/11/19Atlanta Symphony Hall - Atlanta

I love the ideas of holograms for people who we can no longer see in concert however the holograms for Roy Orbison and Buddy Holly were miss proportioned the heads look too small and I have seen other holograms that are true to life

    Very realistic

by Roamer on 11/11/19Atlanta Symphony Hall - Atlanta

This was a surreal experience. The music and back up band was phenomenal. Buddy Holly halogram more realistic then Ray Orbison but still a fun concert.

    Great show

by Pete on 11/11/19Atlanta Symphony Hall - Atlanta

Amazing how this was done. You would have thought they were actually onstage.

    Too much thumpimg

by eb38spcl on 11/5/19Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft Lauderdale

We thought the idea of the hologram was unique. But the thumping and amplification was just too loud. It overwhelmed the singers. We left at the intermission.
