This is a white man profiting from a wig and costumes to look like Prince! No!! The marketing photos gives him a much darker hue. I would have never attended.
I've never seen a black person on tour as Elvis, Elton John, Bono, Rolling Stones or any other white famous person, but the gentleman who portrays Prince in this group is a white man. He looks nothing like the marketing photo! I'm tired of whites profiting from the black culture and blacks selling out for monetary compensation!
I have been to several shows that are in memory of Prince. This has been the best one. I truly believe that Prince was looking down on their performance and gave them his blessing. đ
I really enjoyed the performance of Prince songs was beautiful. Music was excellent. Even my grandson enjoyed it and heâs 24 years old. I will be back when he comes back again.
What a great show, especially when it was the day before the 8th anniversary of Prince's passing. The band was tight as usual and instead of trying to mimic every move and album sound of Prince and the Revolution, Marshall Charloff and the band added their own touch and sound, demonstrating their great talent and musicianship. Great transitions and solos interspersed during and between songs As a result, it felt more like a Prince concert. The best part was witnessing a mom and dad in attendance with their daughter. The daughter was hearing impaired so she wore a headset to hear and feel the music. She sang every song in sign language. The smiles on her face as well as her parents really made the night!
I was disappointed that there was not full songs played and there wasnât a lot of singing. Didnât think it was professional. Not happy that you have to pay to self park or valet and it was no where told to me til I got there. Disappointed
The seating was absolutely horrible. Andiamo Warren Celebrity Show Room should be more mindful of it's patrons when it comes to seating. Fortunately everyone present was mature and patient. Being that every time you stood or moved your chair, you were hitting someone arm with your chair. The stage was not visible and we had to watch the performance on the screen. The tables were extremely small with ten chairs to a table. Everyone had to sit sideways. Everyone was literally sitting on top of each other, there was less than five inches of space between the chairs from table to the next table. The lady from the table next to me kept hitting me every time she moved in her chair. Finally, it should be noted if your ticket includes dinner.
Marshall Charloff and The Purple XPeRIeNCE put on an incredible show that had us dancing all night long! Their Prince tribute was not only entertaining but also engaging, keeping us thoroughly entertained. A fabulous time indeed! If you're a fan of Prince or simply love great music that gets you moving, don't miss the opportunity to experience Marshall Charloff and The Purple XPeRIeNCE live. You'll be so glad that you did!
Excellent please bring back again ASAP. I invited two of my friends and they enjoyed as well. One unfortunate thing is the handicap parking was $20. It should be no more than $10 at the other side of the road and there should be more additional handicap parking next to the building on that side.
Amazing doesnât cover it!!! This was a fun, music filled performance by some incredibly talented musicians. What a great honor to Prince
