We spent a lot of money for a disappointing experience. Cannot compare to Broadway. Voices and music too loud. Left during second act. We would have been better off in balcony instead of front row.
The seats on the main floor about half way back were decent. Sound was good and actors were excellent. great talent. the parking could have been better. It was a fun time out with friends.
Actors were great. I could get the gist of what was going on from their actions and some of the words but the sound overall was poor. I had to strain to try to hear. Not knowing what the musical was about it would have been nice to hear clearly. Esp after paying $190!
I only had seen this production as a movie adaption. The plot was very confusing for me to follow but during the intermission I researched online and began to understand the play a little better. The talent was super impressive MiMi was outstanding!! Overall it was a super fun night and I enjoyed the entire event!
Very talented company. Had a great time. Great voices!
The show was unbelievable. Great cast with beautiful voices. My daughter couldn't take her eyes off the stage, it was a great outing.
My only issue was with the actor portraying Maureen. Her singing needed to be adjusted in the microphone because it really sounded like squawking. Everyone else was absolutely perfect.
I've seen rent many times live and i have to say this is one of the best cast! Thank you for an awesome performance!
The show may have been great but we’ll never know. We had excellent main floor seats, right in the center of the stage. However, all we could (barely) hear is what we could hear of the actors’ actual voices traveling from the stage. It was so frustrating, straining to make out the words, we left during intermission. Did the traveling show leave their sound system in another city? This they sell it to pay the rent? Sadly, we’ll never know.
Brilliantly talented actors, the singing, the dancing, the acting, all superb.
Incredible cast, Every single cast member was awesome! The singing and the acting was top notch.
The singing was amazing. Movements between all performers was good. Only 1 backdrop/scenery which is unual from my experience. I didnt know the story going into it so it was hard to follow. A friend, whose a huge fan, loved it.
I have seen Rent numerous numerous times and this one just left me feeling...ambivalent. It felt as thought the actress who played Maureen was more concerned about how many different voices she could use rather than convey any actual and real emotion. The actor who played Angel was FANTASTIC,however.
The show was very good. I’ve seen many incarnations of the show over the years starting 19 years ago. The set and music is excellent and the cast was very good. Only thing I would say is the actress in the role of Mimi, while vocally excellent, was not in the right role. Her body language and flow was very ridged. I could see her more as Joanne versus Mimi.
The actors and actresses far exceeded my expectations! This was better than even the movie… Unbelievable talent on that stage! I even got to the point where I cried! It was beautiful! Best show I’ve ever been to!!
This performance was pretty spectacular. Tom Collins was one of the best versions of him I've ever seen. I think the only thing I didn't like was Mimi didn't have the correct amount of sex appeal that she needs for her character.
I love going to the theater but this performance had me wanting to leave at intermission. If you are wavering on if to buy tickets or not...save your money and stay home.
The show was awesome in every aspect. My daughter could not stop smiling the entire time because it was a surprise for her. She smiled, laughed, sung, cried, and enjoyed every moment. She loved it so I loved it...
I brought my younger brother who has never seen an on stage musical. He loved the film and he wept, as did I during the performance! This is my 4th time seeing Rent and it was the best cast I've seen!
