Great concert, Great venue for the concert. Could even take a beer to my seat (had to use a sippy cup). I would recommend both the artists and the venue.

  • Great show!

by DrummerC on 3/3/15Hershey Theatre - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

This show was so great I'm tempted to go to NYC to see them again. I'm a fan of bagpipe music but sometimes all those marches sound the same. Bring on the Red Hot Chilli Pipers! It's a rock band with the lead 'singer' a group of pipers. They do covers of contemporary songs usually thought to be unplayable on the pipes, but they make it work. So much that I prefer their versions to the originals. And they put on a SHOW! These guys know how to engage the audience, getting everyone out of their seats and rocking along with them. My nephew, a piper, learned a lot from them about how to *perform* not just play

  • wow

    by Bon749 on 3/3/15Hershey Theatre - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

I never imagined that this show would be so much fun - rock music, traditional bagpipe music and then a mixture of both - outstanding drummers - it was a fun filled, musical evening with very talented (and handsome) Scottish men - I will definitely go to see them again -

  • Pipers were Piping Hot!

    by IvyWatkins35 on 3/3/15Hershey Theatre - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

Our first experience seeing the Red Hot Chilli Pipers was Thursday, February 26th in Rochester NY. My husband and I enjoyed them so much we decided to make a second trip to see them in Hershey PA two days later! The theatre was amazing, the performance was outstanding and the showmanship of the Red Hot Chilli Pipers was incredible! Worth every penny of our mini vacation! The Pipers were not what we expected at all, but made us instant life long fans! There spin on bagpipe music is what makes them so unique! Love them! The only draw back to the concert was the theatre only had seating, the music is so up beat you just want to get up and dance and you can't!!!!

High energy band members seemed to really enjoy performing and interacting with each other and the audience. Liked hearing the blend of the instruments, but could have used a few less decibels. It distorted the true sound of bagpipes .

  • Pipers a great mistake!

    by scottp8 on 3/3/15Hershey Theatre - HersheyRating: 4 out of 5

To be honest I bought these tickets thinking I was going to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers , but figured it out prior to the show. Had to do some YouTube research to see if it was going to be worth going. The videos perked my interest. Turned out to be a fun, high energy show! My wife and I have a new appreciation for bagpipes .

  • Absolutely outstanding entertainment

by Campmoonshine on 3/3/15Hershey Theatre - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

We had only viewed video of their performances on the net. Couldn't wait to get tickets to see them locally in Hershey, PA. We were totally rewarded with a wonderful evening.

  • Red Hot Chili Pipers - Wow!

by Anonymous on 3/3/15Hershey Theatre - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

In a word, "fantastic." The R.H.C.P. are absolutely among the most talented and energetic group of musicians ever, and I'm not one to overstate my praise. Their on-stage presence is amazing as they do a great job both performing and interacting with the audience. I left in awe and completely satisfied with my evening. The only question I had when I left was how they managed to muster the energy to put on such a special performance.

  • An amazing, entertaining night of fun!

by friendsofcp on 3/3/15Hershey Theatre - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

Bagpipes, drums, guitars, and more. Performing their own music and covers of rock and pop hits, the Pipers are incredibly talented musicians and great performers. We loved every minute of their show, and will be back every year that they tour!

  • Bagrock? Who Knew How Awesome!

by CelticIsMe on 3/25/14The Red Hot Chilli Pipers - Wilkes-BarreRating: 5 out of 5

This concert was one stop of Red Hot Chilli Pipers Breathe tour and a Valentine's gift from my fiance -- VIP package of orchestra seats with meet-n-greet! Music? Fantastic! Inspiring! Unique! Nicknamed bagrock -- this creative moxie fuses tunes you love with the distinct flair of bagpipes, guitars, keyboards, drums! Showmanship? High energy entertainment! Spectacular! Kilts & sporrans galore! The Chillis made our audience come alive -- we were up and down throughout, jumping, dancing, clapping hands, singing along! Afterward we delighted in meeting these multi-talented yet humble and downright handsome lads (aye! sexy Scottish brogue) who openly welcomed our plethora of questions, comments, posing for pictures while signing just as many autographs! Kudos to Alan McGeoch (bass guitar), Dougie McCance (bagpipes), Steven Black (drums), Kevin MacDonald (bagpipes), and rest of this extraordinary band who made the night of Feb 22nd one we'll not soon forget! So if given chance to see Red Hot Chilli Pipers, go! And you too shall possess a Cheshire grin whenever recalling the night you rocked-out to bagrock (just like us)!

Great up beat show....the bagpipers were great and sounded clear. The rest of the band were great too. The kid on the snare drum was the Irish Pauly D but was amazing when he played. Big Mac was very funny.....I hope to see them again. I hope they come back to the FM Kirby again.....
