Ever since the release of their 2008 EP Chunk of Change, Passion Pit’s unique brand of indietronica has appealed to fans of both indie rock and electronic dance music, generating heaps of praise from those bastions of hipster cred otherwise known as music blogs. With the release of sophomore album Gossamer in 2012, the band kept crowds moving with a collection of ambitious and impeccably produced gems like “Take a Walk” and “Constant Conversations,” earning the album a No. 4 position on the Billboard 200. Passion Pit originated as the solo project of frontman Michael Angelakos, who penned the project’s first songs for his girlfriend before enlisting some of his classmates from Berklee College of Music to start a group. The band’s debut full-length Manners (2009) received praise from critics and bloggers for its catchy and danceable songs, including breakthrough single “Sleepyhead” and kaleidoscopic electro hit “The Reeling.” On tour in 2013, Passion Pit has been treating fans to high-octane live performances that perfectly capture the spirit of their sparkling pop anthems.

Had an amazing experience with friends the eve after my high school graduation!
High energy. Great sound. Crazy crowd surfing fans...
great venue. nice setup. their opening band was kinda okay...I've never even heard of them before. but Passion Pit brought it all! the sound was amazing, it really seemed that everyone had a fantastic time!
10/10 would recommend. x <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 reaching my minimum.
Even though Michael admitted he was really sick, he still performed for an hour and a half and sounded great. Can't wait to see them again!
I am a new fan to Passion Pit so I didn't know what to expect seeing them live...they are amazing!!! Every member of the band was energetic and put on a show for the audience...the drummer rocked out!!! Only bummer was I didn't get one of his drumsticks:(!! They really played alot from the new album, which is the one I was most familiar with. The energy from the crowd just kept the evening fun and happy...Great show!!!
Absolutely sick, wish Cults had a longer set. Passion Pit was amazing 10/10 would go again.
Bought my ticket last minute and went with some friends and was not disappointed! Passion Pit was absolutely amazing, and the light show that went along with them was spectacular. I would definitely go see them again!
I love GA concerts, they are more lively and fun. The excitment just travels through every person. Even though I was cramped and crowded I felt as if they were playing to me, and I was in my own little world. Loving Passion Pit and their music also helped!
Absolutely amazing show. Great stage energy. They sounded just like their recordings live which is rare. I'd go see them again. Cults however, was boring. They didn't have much presence and acted as if they were too cool for it all. All their songs sounded the same as well.
I have been to many Passion Pit shows and this one by far was the best.
Passion Pit did not disappoint and I would recommend!!
I went into this only knowing 3 or 4 of their songs, but they rocked the whole show. I'm so glad I went.
Honestly the concert left me speechless, the opening act was incredible, and passion pit was amazing. I will never forget this concert, definitely the best way to start summer.
This was a great concert. The music was great and so was the venue.
Oh my god. There are no words to explain Passion Pit. I got a front row spot and got water sprayed on me from one of the water bottles one of the guitarists. They sound as good live as they do on stage. It was well worth the ticket to go there. I wish everyone could see how amazing Passion Pit is! It's a whole new experience to see them live and the whole night was charged with excitement!
The band was spectacular, but the crowd was too rowdy. The crowd was pushing even more than usual and the body guards did not do too much to help. They got up in the railing and felled at the boys starting the ruckus, but didn't carry out assisting the huglins out. Also, I think sone fans should be pointed towards the crowd because it was unbearably hot.
I would definitely attend another show at LC Pavillion. The venue was a perfect size and there wasn't a bad seat in house. Beer and food prices were extremely competitive compared to other shows/events I have attended, Passion Pit is a must see! Suitable for any group of people getting together for a good time. For someone who doesn't listen to much Passion Pit I was extremely impressed and would recommend this event to anyone. On a scale of 1-10. (10)
Just a awesome concert. If you get the chance go!!
Great Show from P.P. I would definitely recommend them.
