  • What an amazing performance!

by Steve Z on 10/28/25Humphreys Concerts By the Bay - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

The Former Members of Oingo Boingo concert was absolutely amazing! The level of energy of this iconic band was extraordinary! This was our first time attending a show at Humphries. The service was fantastic and the venue was just the right size!

  • Another Great Show

by Fred on 10/28/25Humphreys Concerts By the Bay - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

Years ago I saw Oingo Boingo many times. I have also seen Dead Man's Party play a number of times. In recent years I have probably seen Johnny Votto and Oingo Boingo Former Members 5 or 6 times. They always put on a great show and this last one was another great one!

  • Oingo Boingo is the best!

by AJ on 10/28/25Humphreys Concerts By the Bay - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

This band had everyone standing the entire concert! The energy they bring to the stage is incredible! Love to see them every year at Humphreys!

  • Great show and great venue

by Favorite band to see live on 10/28/25Humphreys Concerts By the Bay - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

Former members are so much fun to see live. The blend of young and old carries over to the audience. I watched teens with their parents, 20 something’s on date night who knew all the words. Their music transcends generations. I missed Steve Bartek and John Avila not being there. The lack of accordion on some songs is missed but we go to as many shows they have as possible and always leave feeling like it is Christmas morning and you just opened your favorite present. Daramarama is great live, seen them many times and the untouchables were a fun bunch. Humphreys is an excellent venue. Lots of free parking and reserved seats. Are you listening House of Blues? No upsell if you need to sit down. Will go back again!

  • Awesome Concert

by DT on 10/27/25Pechanga Resort Casino - TemeculaRating: 5 out of 5

Great lineup. The Untouchables, Dramarama, and Oingo Boingo were all fantastic. Brought back great memories. Venue was nice.

  • Band great / Venue ADA seats horrible

by Rascally Rick on 5/7/25House of Blues Anaheim - AnaheimRating: 3 out of 5

So, for starters, Boingo was great. Steve Bartek hasn’t lost a step and Johnny Vato is as cool as ever. Hard Rock Anaheim is a good venue, unless you’re sitting in the ADA section. Couldn’t see half the stage because of the people in front of me. I wish I could upload a picture of my view. Mind you, a bunch of empty seats, but you can’t sit there, even halfway through the show. Seriously, they watch you like a hawk. HRC couldn’t care less, they got their money. Anyway, will definitely think twice before going back there.

  • Carrying on the Oingo Boingo Legacy!

by Jordan Healy on 5/7/25House of Blues Anaheim - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

I was too young to have seen Oingo Boingo in concert during their original run as a band, and I am so thankful Oingo Boingo Former Members are out there carrying on the legacy of the band! Since 2015, I’ve seen these guys 26 times and they never disappoint. With five original Boingo members in their ranks, it’s about as close to seeing Boingo as you can possibly get! Can’t speak high enough praise about their singer, Brendan McCreary, as well! Catch these guys in concert if you can, and then see them again and again! They’re always changing up the set and throwing in Boingo rarities for the diehards. Favorite band ever!

  • Nice concert but the audio for the singer was horrible.

by magnabruin on 5/6/25Stage Red - FontanaRating: 4 out of 5

Oingo boingo were great! As the title says, the audio for the singer was horrible. We were seated on the second floor VIP right and could not hear his singing. The venue was nice but the service was horrible! I recommend eating before coming in otherwise you'll be waiting an excessive amount of time to be served. Also no napkins and delay in delivering drinks.

  • Great night never stopped dancing

by Nell SD on 10/30/24Humphreys Concerts By the Bay - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

Such a great time! We laughed, danced and reminisced all of the memories from our youth listening to these songs again. Awesome live performance! Would do it all again in a heartbeat.

  • Oingo Humphreys 2024. Kinda bummed!

by BH on 10/29/24Rating: 3 out of 5

The Oingo Boingo FBM musicians and a few replacements were amazing. The instrumentals popped and the sound was crystal clear and so rad. Love the horns, drums, keyboard and guitars. The vocal, sorry to say, was a huge disappointment. The new lead vocal has lots of energy and does aerobics for the entire set. But, the vocal sound was muffled and drowned out by the instrumentals. Maybe that was the plan. I could not understand a word that he sang. Fortunately, the entire crowd and I knew all the words to all the songs. But, I was bummed. I’m not a musician, so I key in on the vocals more than anything. He was hard to watch, over dramatic and not what I expected. Sorry man. Oingo was my favorite band in the day. Always went to Irvine Meadows on Halloween. Head shaker. The Untouchables should have been the headliner, as they were amazing!
