  • NMA was simply outstanding

by Cump on 12/31/13Buckhead Theatre - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

The Allstar's were in amazing form on Saturday evening. The guitar and drum work were from men who are professionals and enjoy their work. Being an old blues fan they did not disappoint. I felt like Junior Kimbrough and RL Everett would have approved. Buckhead became a juke joint on Saturday.

  • ROCKIN TIME!!!!!!

    by 2BGDGSTN on 12/31/13Buckhead Theatre - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

We had an Absolute BLAST!!!! Love your music! Love the way you preformed and really enjoyed the ending how you drummed around the crowd that really got us fired up! Our 13 year old son loved it! He really wished he had caught the drumstick that was thrown out in the audience, but that is ok, a great first concert for him to attend! And ya'll are from our stomping grounds!!!! We just move to GA from Memphis, missing Memphis and ya'll came just in time to bring us some good ole Southern style rock, Good for the Soul! You all impressed us with your multiple instrument talents and singing! Keep up the rockin tunes all, best of luck to your band member with his battle, and we think the temp replacement was amazing!

  • NMA give you ten times the entertainment

by AnAlegriaFan on 12/31/13Buckhead Theatre - AtlantaRating: 4 out of 5

The Buckhead Theatre is a great venue for bands with an excellent sound system. Then comes the North Mississippi Allstars who simply tear the house down. The encore was almost as long as the show so everyone got more than their money's worth.

  • Luther's a bad ass

by Burndaddy on 12/31/13Buckhead Theatre - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

Go see them you won't regret it. The electric washboard is worth the ticket price.

  • North Mississippi Allstars are awesome!!!!

    by LongTimeFan74 on 12/31/13Buckhead Theatre - AtlantaRating: 5 out of 5

It was one of the best concerts I have seen in a long time.

  • Always Stellar NMAS

by PaddleCajun on 10/1/13House of Blues Chicago - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

Went to meet and greet before. Totally cool guys from the deep south like me and my bro from New Orleans. If you have never seen NMAS better do it stupid. These guys are the real deal. This is the 11th time i have seen them. Never A dull Moment.

  • North Miss was incredible!

by DoubleDee57 on 10/1/13House of Blues Chicago - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

Was not expecting too much but was simply amazed. For a 3 piece band they can crank out some fine music. The guitar player is simply phenomenal. I'm sure you have heard of Stevie Ray Vaughn well this guy is next up!

North Mississippi Allstars were great! The house of Blues needs to add a corralled smoking area outside or allow in and out privileges.

  • Awesome Show!

The show was great. Especially loved Tab Benoit. I would love to see him play again soon!

  • NMA need to come back!

Great show as always. Please come back to south Florida!

  • Music & Brews

by Anonymous on 4/23/13Seminole Coconut Creek Casino - Coconut CreekRating: 4 out of 5

Concerts were very good and beer kept flowing until the end of the show. Lots of Fun!

  • by Anonymous on 4/22/13Seminole Coconut Creek Casino - Coconut CreekRating: 1 out of 5

Venue was way too small and the MC and music were extremely loud. You couldn't even have a conversation or speak to anyone for that matter. Servers had no information/knowledge on the beers being served and there was not enough of a selection of BBQ restaurants to choose from. Very disappointing event!

  • 1 out of 3 isn't bad, but its not great either!

by Sunny309 on 4/22/13Seminole Coconut Creek Casino - Coconut CreekRating: 3 out of 5

The Blues, Brews & BBQ event was a mixture of incredible music surrounded by a good beer selection and some forgetable BBQ. Understanding the rain put a large damper on the BBQ section is one thing, but merging multiple BBQ venders AND the guests into an a 20' x 10' area is simply unexceptable. When you could get to the food, your selection was slim, overpriced and kept warm in trays for hours. The Brews section offered a wide variety of drinks, but you better be on time because when one runs out it is gone forever. By the time the headliner came on stage the beer selection was down to dark beers, a few common varieties and a bar with a charge for each drink you wanted. The real opportunity seemed to be in the VIP section. Their food and beer was constantly replenished and they had very nice cushioned seats to enjoy a direct veiw of the stage. All in all, VIP is the way to go if you want to enjoy the full day of activities at the show. Finally, the Blues. This was the absolute highlight for us. The North Mississippi All Stars never disappoint. Bonerama was an amazine surprise being hte first time we ever saw them. Not too mention a break away Cissy Strut. AMAZING! And local legend Albert Cummings rocked the house, even if at the point there were not a lot of fans in the audience just yet. Despite the rain, despite a poor BBQ selction, despite low quantites of some unique beers, its an event we will attend again but do it VIP style.

  • Love North Mississippi Alstars

by RayJo17 on 4/22/13Seminole Coconut Creek Casino - Coconut CreekRating: 4 out of 5

The concert by the North Mississippi Alstars was why we bought tickets. They were awesome and the encore was high energy and inclued other members from previous nights bands. Would definately recommend to pay the extra for seats. We bought general admission and had to stand the whole time.

  • Reverend Peyton and The Big Damn Band was GREAT

by PJluvsTD on 4/22/13Seminole Coconut Creek Casino - Coconut CreekRating: 5 out of 5

Great Event - Great venue! The band lineup was varied and all were excellent. Food was tasty and the beer was free! It doesn't get any better than that right?

  • Albert Cummings and Tab Benoit rocked the blues!

by CCCMiMi on 4/22/13Seminole Coconut Creek Casino - Coconut CreekRating: 5 out of 5

A fabulous fabulous show!!! Great music, lovely venue, reasonable price. Fun had by all in attendance. Hope this lineup comes back year after year!

  • by jelicon2000 on 4/22/13Seminole Coconut Creek Casino - Coconut CreekRating: 3 out of 5

The music was great, plenty of brew. The food was okay too. BUT, there was no place to sit and it was too crowded. We tried to get VIP seating prior to the event, but that was sold out. Next time if we can't get VIP seating, we won't go.

  • Best $$ I've ever spent!

by BluesLady13 on 4/22/13Seminole Coconut Creek Casino - Coconut CreekRating: 4 out of 5

Where else could you spend <$50 and stand within 5 feet of a stage? Great experience!!!! Microbrewery beers were fantastic but ran out too soon. Not enough BBQ food selection. Not true blues, watered down with hill billy and heavy metal rock and roll, but fantastic show. Casino should improve ventilation system. Second-hand smoke is a real problem.

  • Tad Benoit was the real deal

by GoBluealways on 4/22/13Seminole Coconut Creek Casino - Coconut CreekRating: 3 out of 5

Event was well staged & managed. However, the Mississippi Allstars & Bonorama(sp?) stunk. Tad Benoit & Albert Cummings were awesome. The venue needs better talent in the future.

  • by Anonymous on 4/22/13Seminole Coconut Creek Casino - Coconut CreekRating: 4 out of 5

Had a great time. The Music was great. I'll be back next year
