  • Bad view from the good seats

by FunGuyIA on 11/26/21Hoyt Sherman Place - Des MoinesRating: 1 out of 5

10 minuets in to the show we wanted our money back and left. I'm a big fan of Hoyt Sherman, however they really dropped the ball on this one! I see about a show a month there. I had purchased box seats usually pretty good seats, lots of room, good view. Not with this show. We were off to the side and with the speakers and the screen there was no way we could see the movie. It would have been very obvious long before the show even got set up that there was going to be problems. It would have been nice that they tried to tell us before leading us to our seats, that had the obstructed view. At the box office we were told we can't refund your money. I don't know what can be done but not happy about what happened!!

  • MST3K

    by E on 11/26/21Clowes Memorial Hall - IndianapolisRating: 4 out of 5

Really enjoyed this second MST3K live experience, and think Emily and "Cynthia" did a great job. I wish Crow's voice was a little more distinctive (sounded very similar to Emily's). There were a couple of jokes that stood out to me as just gross rather than funny ("stand your ground" and "housekeeping"), but other than those everything landed.

  • MST3K is amazing

by DrCrocodileDMD on 11/24/21Clowes Memorial Hall - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

Emily and co did a FANTASTIC job riffing on a movie that definitely deserved it. Go see MST3K Live if you have the chance. You won’t regret it!

  • Spectacular

by KayBee on 11/24/21Clowes Memorial Hall - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

I took an angsty teen with me who said she doesn’t laugh out loud much at funny things. Well, she laughed out loud the whole show. It’s well put together and it’s hilarious. I was not disappointed. Emily Marsh is just awesome.

  • So Much Fun!

MST3K Live was like a play and movie in one. It was so much fun and hilarious. My son and I will go to all their live events from now on.

  • A Great Experience

    by C. B. on 11/21/21The Wilbur - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

The meet and greet was a ton of fun. The cast gave each group time and attention that made it really feel special. The show itself was really funny and energetic. The jokes were well timed and written. They even snuck in a few unscripted lines that got the cast laughing too. I brought along a non-fan who also really enjoyed it too

  • Lots of Laughs

by TomSuzy on 11/20/21Kalamazoo State Theatre - KalamazooRating: 4 out of 5

Missed quite a few of the jokes due to the acoustics but it was a blast! Never seen anything quite like it, and weren’t sure what to expect but would definitely recommend it and would love to see another one!

  • Fun for All!

by Riley on 11/19/21Kalamazoo State Theatre - KalamazooRating: 5 out of 5

Very funny and fun! Witty jokes with a crazy movie that satisfies the humors of all ages.

  • Back to greatness!

by Nick V on 11/19/21Kalamazoo State Theatre - KalamazooRating: 5 out of 5

The show was absolutely incredible! The last MST3k in Kalamazoo was at some college concert hall & it was kinda disappointing. I took a gamble and bought tickets anyway and i was blown away by the theater, the staff, the atmosphere of excitement! I loved everything. My only gripe would be that the balcony seats i purchased were so high that the stage light rigging was right in our line of sight, cutting off the top 1/4 of the movie screen.

  • Great night!

    by Oldman1953 on 11/19/21Kalamazoo State Theatre - KalamazooRating: 5 out of 5

An evening at the historic State Theater, in Kalamazoo, Michigan is always a treat. The cast and crew put on a great show, the movie was exceptionally bad and the cast played it for everything it was worth. I hope their next tour brings them close to us again.

  • MST3K was hilarious 😂

by Spartini on 11/19/21Kalamazoo State Theatre - KalamazooRating: 5 out of 5

I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time. Wasn’t sure about how the live format would work but it was fantastic. Highly recommend if you like the show or just was to have an evening of laughs.

  • Great Experience

by Eddie on 11/14/21The Wilbur - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

First off, getting into the theater was a breeze and the staff were extremely friendly. Got to our seats and the waitress was there almost instantly. For the show I have to say I did not know what to expect in a live performance. I was extremely surprised at the mix of live and projected show. The performers were excellent and adhered to the true nature of mystery science theater. I highly recommend to anyone who is a fan of the franchise.

  • Great show!

by Eep on 11/14/21The Wilbur - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

Wonderful and hilarious show, had all the charm of the TV show! Emily and co. were amazing!

  • Couldnt have been better!

by PewterTwitch on 11/13/21The Wilbur - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

Show was fantastic and the Wilbur always shines. Easy to get in and get seated, Wait staff was quick and polite. One complaint are the seats of course, sitting in the floor seats on those hard black iron chairs without much cushion. Better than nothing but could be more comfy. Other than that, loved going there.

  • Hilarious!

by AW on 11/13/21The Wilbur - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

Such a great show… we were supposed to have balcony seats and we were upgraded to the front row! The robots were hilarious and just as witty as I remembered from the show. Would definitely go again

  • Great show, terrible seats!

    by Christina B on 11/13/21The Wilbur - BostonRating: 4 out of 5

The show was fantastic. We bought the meet and greet package and the performers did everything they could to make us feel welcome while still observing health protocols. My only complaint was with the seating. My chair was quite literally pressed against the middle of the stage and facing sideways, so my choices were to either spend the show watching the wings of the stage or to spend the whole time twisted and leaning back so I could see over the speaker, which was right at face level. Also, why be so observant of COVID protocols before the show and then cram the seats in so close that they are touching?

  • Great!

by MD Girl on 11/11/21Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 4 out of 5

The show was fabulous! There are two things they I didn't like and needs improvement. One, are the seats. They were so uncomfortable and tight squeezed that it felt like pack of sardines. My back was literally sore the next day for several days. Second, they could add better food instead of junk food. This event was around dinner time in which I didn't eat until 11pm after the event ended. This is not good!

  • Stick with the experience

by Jim on 11/11/21Taft Theatre - CincinnatiRating: 4 out of 5

Great show, nice people, good venue. But do NOT buy a T-shirt. I'm all for supporting MST, but my 3XL is *maybe* an XL in Munchkinland. Cheap material too, for $40. Buy a ticket, buy a drink, but avoid the merch table.

  • Great time had by all

by Rockdoc on 11/10/21Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

MST 3K did not disappoint, Very well written and performed. Jokes for everyone and hidden gem references for the die-hard fans.

  • A Turkey Season Miracle

    by Anders B on 11/10/21Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

This was a terrific show, featuring wonderful performances from the cast and puppeteers, and built around seriously one of the strangest movies I've ever seen. The Warner Theatre staff were super friendly and helpful, too. A+++
