I was however disappointed about how long we had to wait to heat the Main artists. Especially the second artist ( don’t remember his name). Really wished more time is allotted to the main artist. After all that’s the main reason anyone showed up . Liked the venue . My first time there .

Without a doubt, Mykal Rose gave an unforgettably, epic, transcendental roots reggae performance for the ages. Not only did he and his band seamlessly and effortlessly weave the rhythms of R&B, Dub, House, Trance, and Roots Reggae, but Mykal also involved the audience in call and response. He skanked across the stage with more agility than performers half his age, and sang with the same passion from his Black Uhuru days decades ago. During one of several encores, he came out singing Nina Simone's classic, "I put a spell on you." Indeed, with his signature melodic vocals, chants, and stunning beats, he took us on a mesmerizing Soul Journey that only the most spiritually lifted artists are blessed to do. Rastafari ForIvah!
