    Not As Expected

by Collielove on 4/26/17Bayfront Park Amphitheater - Miami

I was really excited for this festival but came out disappointed. First there was never a lineup schedule announced so there was no way to plan and make sure you saw the acts you were interested in. The festival started at 1pm and we arrived shortly after the start time. We were happy to walk around and visit the vendors while listening to acts on stage. I do wish there would have been more vendors. The time between acts seemed excessive. I've been to many all day festivals and the time between acts is fairly short. For this event, it was taking around 30 minutes between each act. Between Wyclef and the Marley's it was a minimum of 45 minutes. Having been there since around 1pm, we finally got frustrated and left at 9:20 without seeing the Marley's or Lauryn Hill. Wyclef's performance left much to be desired. Most of the time he was just walking around speaking over a track of the song. He was high energy and kept the crowd engaged but I wanted to hear him perform his music not listen to a track. I can do that every day. Overall, I felt this was not a very well thought out festival. We were too frustrated from the day to stay for the main act but I did hear the Marley's were great and that Lauryn was not. Also heard Mr. 305 himself made an appearance! The venue and crowd were both exceptional.

    Nice

by Moonchilld on 4/25/17Bayfront Park Amphitheater - Miami

Sean Paul was very entertaining. I was impressed with him. Wyclef seemed to dj old school more than perform his own works. Ziggy sounds almost identical to his father Bob so it was amazing to hear him sing his father's songs. Nice to see the Marley brothers together. Lauren Hill was a disappointment. She sang her songs so fast. We waited to see her but she seemed in a frenzy to get through the songs and off the stage.

Wycliffe Jean racist to much politics keep him out

by Eddymyman on 4/25/17Bayfront Park Amphitheater - Miami

Wycliffe racist to political. Ripping America where he makes most of his money. Never heard him bring up what Clinton did the Hatti maybe he received a kick back? To much done time before Marleys came out. Listening to someone asking every 5 minutes are you ready ridiculous. Expected to hear more music out of Marley bands. What they did still good. Damian and ziggy on top of game.

    Marleys

by Blackkkkk on 4/25/17Bayfront Park Amphitheater - Miami

GREAT Show but, BAD Ending the Show just SHUT DOWN after Lauren Hill sang ONLY four Songs, was under impression that the Marley Brothers were going to Come BACK OUT on STAGE and sing At Least a couple More Songs and End the Show but that NEVER Happened. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
