    Great Venue Incredible Atmosphere

by Lourai on 8/4/18Mercedes-Benz Stadium - Atlanta

Had a great time at the MLS All Star Game. The venue is first class, food and drink prices were reasonable and we saw a well played game. Also, security was tremendous dealing with people trying to sneak into seats that weren't theirs.

Wait in the rain to Rain/ Goodbye Seats

by JMFG on 8/4/18Mercedes-Benz Stadium - Atlanta

poor entry, poor seat/ section management. I paid for supporter section seats (not cheapest seats available) but after waiting uncovered in the rain for 15 minutes to get in myself and probably over 100 other ppl were told to seek another area. I ended up paying for SEATS only to receive poor STANDING ROOM ONLY at 3x the price.

    Awful ‘B’ team played

    by Bteam123 on 8/4/18Mercedes-Benz Stadium - Atlanta

They advertised all great players but played the “B” team. The game looked as if watching a school team.

    Disappointed

    by Kaicyr21 on 8/4/18Mercedes-Benz Stadium - Atlanta

Supporters section was so dead since there were no flags or capos. Waste of a 7 hour drive.

    Boring Game.

The match was very boring. I know it was a friendly game but the players could have put a little more effort

    MLS All-Star Game was great!

    by ollie687 on 8/11/17Soldier Field - Chicago

The overall experience was a once in a lifetime event. The atmosphere was fun. The organization of everything was spot on. My only complaint would be the price. I have been to several other events in other cities and have paid much less.

    Seating chart online was misleading

by DieAbolixInc on 8/7/17Soldier Field - Chicago

Was pretty disappointed to note that, despite the picture provided on the Ticketmaster Website by Soldier Field, the tickets we had purchased-- while they WERE in fact end-seats, were NOT Aisle seats. One of the seats had virtually zero leg room because there was a concrete wall coming in at a slant. While I couldn't truthfully call these seats "limited view" they basically are. BUYER BEWARE: pretty much every seat in Section 317 (which is a little corner slice that can't even rightly be called a "section" in any reasonable respect) at Soldier Field (and particularly those that are the furthest seats to the left, facing the field of play, are a terrible investment, particularly at the prices that Soldier Field had the nerve to charge for this game. As far as the entertainment, thank God it rained, because some seats with some leg room opened up when the skies opened up. We were able to move to seats with a decent view and a little leg room for pretty much the entire second half of the game, without being accosted by ushers or security.

    Amazing!!!

    by Mega27 on 8/7/17Soldier Field - Chicago

We were so excited to see the starpower of the MLS All-Stars and our team Real Madrid!! It was such a fun game, with both teams attempting to balance their firepower at the beginning, eventually ending with penalty kicks. I hope to see many more exciting games at Soldier Field in the future.

Real Madrid not up to par

by Zorropod on 8/6/17Soldier Field - Chicago

Unfortunately once again Ronaldo fails to show up; if you're going to advertise him then he better show up to these events; he owes US fans this opportunity. He also disappointed me for the Clasico in Miami.

Game was great, "VIP Packages" TERRIBLE!

by Vegitoboi on 8/6/17Soldier Field - Chicago

The game and the seat I was sitting at were great. BUT, the "VIP Package" I bought that went with the game was absolutely not worth the money I paid for. First off, NOBODY reached out to any of us about information on when and where to retrieve the package until the night of the event and then you find out the money you paid isn't worth the package you bought. Second, I don't care how much free food and drink came with the package. I mean, why would I pay hundreds for free food when all I want at an event is a hot dog, nachos, and a beer? The "extras" were VERY lacking as well. We were supposed to sit in a "VIP" section for the team's practice sessions. But people kept coming into our section and the players never acknowledged us. We were stationed at a section where it was IMPOSSIBLE to get autographs. Oh, did I mention that the event was $20 for the public but, obviously, a lot more and totally not worth it to VIPs? I would NEVER buy a "VIP" package through Ticketmaster ever again.

Event Management at Solider Field was Atrocious

    by sup909 on 8/6/17Soldier Field - Chicago

The game was fine, but the event management for this game was absolutely terrible by the Solider Field staff. Parking was completely mis-handled. Cars were backed up for hours on Lake Shore Drive and I-55. Parking staff were directing people into Soldier Field Parking from Lake Shore Drive, after it was already full, having them circle around the stadium and then back onto Lake Shore Drive. This happened at two parking entrances for the stadium. Staff should have closed those entrances if parking was full. People instead had to park almost two miles away at the Millennium Park Garages. Lollapalooza was also setting up at this time so all of the east-west streets north of Soldier Field were closed for about eight blocks. There was no way for cars to get around. Signage outside the stadium for entry was also extremely poor. Only two gates were open (north and south) with no signage telling people where to go. The north gate was located on top of a hill, called the promenade, can couldn't be seen from street level from the NE, which is where all of the people walking from the north were coming from. There was no staff directing people at all. Concessions also was understaffed. Only two people were working the concessions stand where we were with a line of about 60 people waiting. It took 25 minutes to get food, which was terrible. This was an extremely poorly managed event.
