What is the Miami Open?
The Miami Open is a professional tennis tournament held annually in March in Miami, Florida that draws some of the top tennis talent on the men's and women's tours. Also known as the Miami Masters, it is an ATP World Tour Masters 1000 event on the men's tour and a Premier Mandatory event on the women's tour. The tennis event is held at Hard Rock Stadium where the NFL's Miami Dolphins play among other events. It was previously held at the Tennis Center at Crandon Park in Key Biscayne just off the coast of Miami.
The event moved to Hard Rock Stadium after over $500 million was spent in renovations, including a new tennis campus featuring 29 permanent tournament and practice courts as well as additional food and entertainment facilities. The 14,000-seat center court within Hard Rock Stadium is designed for intimacy, luxury and a comfortable fan experience. A state-of-the-art in-stadium shade canopy and the largest video board in tennis offers a luxury seating experience.

Session 13 not session 14, zverev championship 2017
My wife and I had a great time as always at the event only problem was all the seat jumping. We were in Sec 305 Row E Seats 23-24. Our tickets were checked by the usher but when we get to our seats there are people in them. After they move move people in the rows in front of us keep moving around and people are even saying "let's just sit over here". Not sure what the incentive is to buy good seats when you can just seat jump with no consequences?
Great match, increíble surroundings and great audience
Was an amazing experience, i enjoy every match, excelent organization, i just think the parking and food are expensive, but i guess is normal in this kind of events.
Everything was great at the event, except for the wi-fi connection at the foodcourt. We needed to ask for an Uber (and bein foreign we needed internet for this) but it wasn't possible.
My first Miami Open - Professional Tennis Match. In person is nothing like seeing it on television. Venus Williams is a class act, she's awesome. Players I had an opportunity to see - Nishikori, Kerber, and Nadal. I enjoyed all four matches on Sunday. I can't wait to go back.
We about frozen cold in our windy upper section but since it was late and not a lot of brave souls we were allowed to find a lower more sheltered seat. It was a wicked, cold wind.
If you are a tennis fan, go to Miami. Period! Public parking is easy with a large number of shuttles. Go to the practice courts early and get close to players.
All in all a good experience. Atmosphere was electric especially during the Nadal match.
We go to the Miami Open every other year, on average, and always have a good time. The Saturday we went was no exception. The outside temperature was allegedly 79°. But inside the stadium, it felt more like 90° in the direct sunlight. The vast majority of the seats have no shade at any time during the matches. We "baked" from 11am until 3pm, when at last, there were a few clouds. We were prepared with hats, long sleeves and sunscreen, but still. In 2017, a major sports facility should treat its guests better. At least we didn't get rained out for hours like the people at the night session did. So, I'll still recommend the Miami Open, but be prepared!
This is a great tennis tournament. All the stars in both men and women tennis play. The venue is small so you get good view with seats no matter where you are. They have practice schedule so you can get autographs from your favorites.
I had the pleasure to assist to the Miami Open the last three years and this is the best experience by far. The pleasure of see Roger Federer in Stadium had been the most experience in my life Thanks Miami Open
First time to watch Roger onsite. Everything is amazing.
Tennis was great but the lines for parking (25 minutes AFTER paying), lines for buses were out of control. We waited 55 minutes while only two buses transported people to parking. Logistics were not done well at all. The tennis was amazing.
The event features all the top professionals men and women in tennis and the weather was perfect .
If you are a tennis fan, you should go to this event! So many great players, easy to see, great park!
Very nice to tournament, excelent organization. I realy recomend for all people who likes tennis.
amazing tournament. I've been to Us Open, Wimbledon, French open, This ranks right up there.
The amazing performances by the tennis professionals was a treat and so inspiring for our tennis league games to improve shots and strategies, so we loved it again. Also I must comment on the healthier food choices with the Create the Salad and Sushi, feeling good!!
