Everything was perfect! Parking, people, food area and the game w/ Naomi Osaka was unbelievable great ... For sure I'll come back next year :)

Stadium for tennis is not a good fit or enjoyable for fans but the side courts were fine especially Grandstand definitely a great place to watch a match. Miss key Biscayne

Unfortunately we had tickets to day session where not a single set was completed due to retirement. Maybe a comp for a future session should be granted in these circumstances.

First of all I did't get the ticket on Ticketmaster for the session 11, paid 150 dollars for nothing,for session 12 bad experience by the gate about my camera bag,had to take it back to the parking lot even I was able to take it in every year for the last 10 years,prices inside the Stadium extremely high. Not planning to go back for any event.

Paid over $700 dollars for 4 tickets on Sunday for evening matched (3rd round). Stadium virtually empty and both games a walkover. Total play under 3 hours for evening so feel it was very expensive for what we got.

Prefer the tournament in Key Biscane, hard rock stadium is so far

Guests from outside U.S. or Canada can't use the APP from ticketmaster. Hints from the Helpdesk had been useless.

Amazing experience and it gets better every year. Special thanks to the volunteers and all people working on the grounds.

The grounds are great - easy to get around. Electronic tickets terrible.

We were there for all those exciting Grand stand matches on Tuesday. I’ve come most every year since 2006 and look forward to it. However, in the future I’ll be purchasing shady seats in the stadium though.

The tournament had an excellent player roster and the staff was great. Please continue to improve food quality and perhaps install better signage to the various courts.

Bought tickets to the Miami and was terribly disappointed with the seats . The stadium court has been placed in a football stadium and the seats were at such an angle that you felt you were very far away from the match. You might as well stay home and wat h it on TV . Those that were lucky enough to get seats on the baselines were able to enjoy the matches much better . If your seats for the tennis match are anywhere between section 341 and 351 , it’s not worth it !!! Those sections are better for football games and not a tennis match . Stay home and watch it in TV !! Also water is $5 a bottle and food is expensive and terribly overpriced !!

We had a wonderful time, we enjoyed every moment, next year I will be back.

I will not be going back to the event. No bags larger than a womens wallet were allowed and you could either check it for $10 bucka or make long walk back to the car

Bad food, bad drinks, bad attempted for foreign people. Lack of informations, lack of choices of payments. Tickets with many opions were not very well explicited. That is it.
