I'm so happy that I went to see this show. It was my first time seeing Les Mis and it did not disappoint. The singing and performances were phenomenal. Nick Cartell was amazing as Valjean. I would see this again if I could!
My 2 teenage grandsons, a friend and I saw it at the Landmark in Syracuse on 10/26. The production could not have been any better! We could clearly hear the sung words which was critical for understanding the story. The singing was spot-on and the orchestra was in sync and enjoyable. It was hard to believe that the stage set was not a permanent part of the theater as the complex settings changed throughout the production. I'd go again...
This is a must see show. The talent was phenomenal all the way around. These touring groups do just as good as Broadway. What a fantastic option to see big name shows without having to schlep to NYC. Well done cast and crew-bravo!!!!!
I have seen Les Mis four times, including in London and Washington, D.C. This performance was superb - both in terms of the performances and sets. Bravo!
Knowing you have a full house how could there only be one operational bathroom open ? Dislike Performers after a 3 hour show making audience sit so they can sell something. Unprofessional First Act Too Long. A lot of Baby Boomers can’t sit for two hours without a break. 25% of the customers could not get back to their seats in time for second act due to wait lines at bathrooms. Disruptive when they finally could return to their seats. Will frequent local theater, I.e. Syracuse Stage for my enjoyment. Much more convenient and comfortable.
This show was amazing!!! I took my dad who isn’t a big fan of the movie or too into musicals and he couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the show was. The masterful way they did the sets and scene changes made the show easy to follow. The sets were stunning and the effects were awesome that added so much depth and action. The cast was impeccable. Everything was just amazing. I would see it again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous voices telling a rich story. I got more out of Victor Hugo's intent than the version I saw in London. This one in Rochester NY was a heart stopper.

Just saw Les Mis - what an amazing experience! Absolutely spellbinding! I don't think I blinked until intermission and then again at the end! Parking, entry, concessions, and seating - all streamlined and flowed perfectly with gracious staff. The only potential area for improvement was one usher talking in the seating entryway during the show, and another doing busy work moving a box around toward the end - I assume loading playbills - glad I wasn't in the seat next to that! Both situations a bit distracting, even from the periphery. The show was so good that neither significantly impacted the experience. Absolutely can't wait for next time!
The best stage production of Les Mis of the 4 times I have seen it. Incredible vocals, wonderful acting, dramatic staging and scenes, great orchestra. Audience members were equally impressed and enthusiastic!
Overall, great experience but- it was too dark. We went twice, and the first show we were squinting and could barely see what was going on. Second time we were in row S and it wasn’t as bad- but you should be able to comfortably watch a show without squinting from wherever you are in the theater! Second show there were a lot of different singers and it wasn’t as good. Quite a few of the understudies weren’t that great unfortunately, and everyone else agreed with me by not cheering as loudly for them at the end. I was surprised by it actually! The seats are so small as well. Ridiculously small. Very uncomfortable.

Les Miserables is my favorite musical, and I’ve seen it nine times. A couple of weeks ago, I decided I needed to see it one more time, and I’m glad I did. This was an outstanding performance. The cast was the best I’ve seen, and the orchestra was wonderful. There were tweaks to the production that I really enjoyed, especially the staging and costumes. Three days later, and I’m still humming the music.
This production of Les Mis was fantastic! The actors were all at the top of their game. The sets and staging were amazing. I would see this production again and again! The orchestra was top notch and the sound was amazing in the theater. Les Mis is one of my favorite musicals and this cast and crew did not disappoint. Highly recommend!
I’ve seen Les Mis 7 times including at the Kennedy Center. I thoroughly enjoyed this production. The staging was different and each performer was a soloist.
As incredible as one could possibly imagine. An amazing experience to be even in the presence of such skilled musicians and performers. It is amazing to see that the show is still being done justice all these years later.
The traveling production of Le Mis was great. I was especially impressed that the voices of all main characters were strong and rich. Stage presentation was different from original but was high quality and enhanced the show.
Fantastic show! Their vocals were absolutely breathtaking! Everyone played an excellent role!
