About

Cameron Mackintosh presents the acclaimed production of Boublil and Schönberg's Tony Award-winning musical phenomenon, Les Misérables. This brilliant staging has taken the world by storm and has been hailed as "a reborn dream of a production" (Daily Telegraph).

Set against the backdrop of 19th century France, Les Misérables tells an enthralling story of broken dreams and unrequited love, passion, sacrifice and redemption-a timeless testament to the survival of the human spirit. The magnificent score of Les Misérables includes the songs "I Dreamed a Dream," "On My Own," "Bring Him Home," "One Day More" and many more.

  • Cudos to Ticketmaster!

by Dave on 11/23/24Orpheum Theatre - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5

The show was wonderful. But Ticketmaster was the star for recouping out tickets for us after I was hacked, and our tickets disappeared from my account. 4 days later, Ticketmaster had them retrieved for us. Thank you much! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time seeing this play live, and what a treat to see such amazing actors/singers and the orchestra was the best! This was a birthday celebration to remember and Les Mis was the best!

From the moment that the curtain went up, I knew that I was about to see something special! Each character was well cast and the singing was some of the best I have ever heard. All in all, a most wonderful experience !

  • It’s Les Mis!

by Gajoung on 11/22/24Orpheum Theatre - MinneapolisRating: 5 out of 5

You just can’t beat the geniusness of the storyline, the melodies, and lyrics. You add some quality cast and production $$, it’s what this show provides. Really enjoyed it even from the really far away seats.

  • 1st act songs seemed to lack passion.

by Dave on 11/10/24Landmark Theatre - SyracuseRating: 3 out of 5

Overall good show. Bring Him Home was fantastic! It had the passion that seemed lacking in many first act songs.

  • Fantastic Show

by Connie on 11/2/24Landmark Theatre - SyracuseRating: 5 out of 5

We saw "Les Miserables"in Syracuse recently and loved it. The singing was excellent. The acting was amazing. Jake David Smith had us in tears when he sang "Empty Chairs at Empty Tables."You could feel the emotion and grief when he sang. He played Marius very well. Another emotional performance came from Lindsay Heather Pearce as Fantine. She sang one of the best renditions of "I Dreamed a Dream"that we have ever heard. Some lighter moments came from the Thenardiers. Victoria Huston-Elen and Matt Crowle will have you laughing out loud. Another highlight was Nick Cartell, who brought the main character of Jean Valjean to life. He has an amazing vocal range and a powerful voice that never wavers despite the length of the show. But the actor who really stole the show was Jack Jewkes as Gavroche. He may be a little boy but he has a giant voice. Overall, we were very impressed with this show and highly recommend it. We were happy to jump up and give the cast a standing ovation. This amazing cast deserved every round of applause they received.

  • Great show

by AW on 11/2/24Landmark Theatre - SyracuseRating: 4 out of 5

The performance was amazing!!! However, we were in row M on the Left at the Landmark and it was very difficult to see the stage if the person in front of you was taller than you at all.

  • Extraordinary!!!!!!

by Michele on 10/30/24Landmark Theatre - SyracuseRating: 5 out of 5

This is my third time having the wonderful pleasure of attending Les Mis. But, this was by far superior. The singing, the sets, the talent like I have never seen and heard before. Totally extraordinary!!!!!

  • Outstanding Production!!

by Rusty on 10/30/24Landmark Theatre - SyracuseRating: 5 out of 5

My expectations were not high for this touring company production of Les Miserables. This was one of the best shows that I’ve seen either on Broadway or by a touring company. The actors/singers were excellent: clear, pure vocals with polished delivery. The scenery well represented the time and mood; the change of scenery was smooth. Outstanding production in every area!!

  • A MUST SEE!

Fabulous. Most beautiful theater. I have seen this show many times this was by far the best cast ever.

  • Amazing

Absolutely amazing. No complaints. My husband compared it to when he saw it in London.

  • Better than Broadway!

by TomandAudrey on 10/30/24Landmark Theatre - SyracuseRating: 4 out of 5

We have seen Les Mis three times on Broadway and this was a better experience! The theatre is very nice, located in a good area, convenient to very reasonably priced parking. Tickets were also more reasonable than NYC. The audience was so respectful - you could hear a pin drop. The acting and the sets were top notch; the special effects were better than Broadway! Room for improvement: the small men's room caused a very long line; the stage lighting (inc. spot lights) was too dark; the actors' mikes could have been a little louder. Thank you Syracuse!

  • The show was outstanding!

by Terry McPherson on 10/30/24Landmark Theatre - SyracuseRating: 5 out of 5

The show was outstanding. The performances dynamic, the stage incredible. Just truly an amazing experience!

  • Bucket List Item Completed in Style

by MJB on 10/30/24Landmark Theatre - SyracuseRating: 5 out of 5

Three friends and I had a fantastic time at Les Mis in Syracuse, NY. Seeing it on stage has been on my bucket list for a long time and I wasn’t disappointed. The cast were amazing, especially Jean Valjean (the understudy!), Eponine, and Gavroche. The sets and lighting were way more complex than I expected. And the music never gets old. The Broadway touring company ticket prices were very reasonable and we felt we completely got our money’s worth, plus driving an hour to Syracuse was much easier than driving to, and parking in, NYC. I will definitely attend more Broadway touring company shows!

  • Incredible experience!

by KloveLesMis on 10/30/24Landmark Theatre - SyracuseRating: 5 out of 5

Les Miserables is by far the most emotional musical I have ever experienced. The ensemble's voices are beyond compare.

  • Absolutely phenomenal

    by Stephanie M on 10/29/24Landmark Theatre - SyracuseRating: 5 out of 5

Everything about this show was stunning from beginning to end. The set was wonderful, orchestra was perfection, and the cast embodied the spirit of the show in every scene. That being said, Eponine blew the roof off the place during her performance of On My Own. I'm literally getting goosebumps just thinking about it. You will not regret seeing this production, even if you have seen Les Miserables before.

  • Extraordinary!

by Banalg on 10/29/24Landmark Theatre - SyracuseRating: 5 out of 5

Truly extraordinary performance! Two minor things: 1. Need music during curtain call. 2. Breaking the 4th wall to ask for $ at the end is a real buzz-kill.
