The vocal talent of the performers was the best I have heard of all the shows I have seen so far. I was really impressed and really didn’t want it to end. I would highly recommend it!
Third time I've seen Les Mis and this was one of the best productions yet! Superb voices, amazing set design. This is simply the best and most moving musical ever written and this cast and crew executed this production flawlessly!
What unforgettable performances! I took my 11 year old daughter to see it. She was in heaven. Brilliant!

This is the first time I can honestly say I was so let down by a performance..Fontaine was NOT having a good day and killed it for everyone else who sang their hearts OUT!! I regret to say I treated my family from the UK to this as it left us pretty "Les Mis" as NOT the best..It was a real Shame!!! The sets the props, the costumes FAB...The main Lead Man WAS AWESOME..
Great talent, great songs, great story! It would have been nicer to be more close but the tickets we had already cost enough.
The show was truly amazing as I expected it to be, but I must say that I think I preferred the original staging from back in the 1980's. My only real complaint was that the orchestra was often too loud for the voices - most noticed of course during scenes when the voices were quite soft. When the curtain went down on the first act, my sister next to me (who had never seen a show of this caliber) was in tears. I knew my birthday gift to her was a hit! All in all - I loved it. "Les Miz" is my favorite musical of all time, so how could I not love it!
I only wish that I could have seen this every single night, We loved the staging but the music and the performers were the best I have seen....Will forever be a great memory. Thank you for bringing this to Chicago and giving us the chance for a once in a lifetime experience.

Show is a wonderful date. Women love musicals and can not resist Les Miserabes, The singing was very good., but sometimes hard to follow. Overall very good, professional.
Great rendition of a classic! The set was amazing and the singing was top notch. Always an enjoyable 3 hours (if done right).
Great stage production, sets, costumes, flow of the play. Great singing and music, esp Jean Valjean and Eponine.
In my opinion the lead roles' singing and acting were not very impressive compared to the other Les Miz productions. I've seen it about 6 times previously plus twice this time in Chicago. Although the new backdrop/props were awesome. I don't understand why some of the songs have to be rushed, e.g. " I Dreamed A Dream". Also Javert's voice was too nasal. The one who played Valjean was just ok. There was a part that he sounded a bit 'off-key' starting. I felt that the actors that played Fantine and Cosette were lacking in emotion and appropriate facial expression. Overall it did not live up to my expectations. Quite disappointing but I still look forward to watching future shows maybe with new casts and new director? I would still recommend Les Miserables to anybody who has not seen it yet.
This show was spectacular! The cast was unbelievable and the staging was unique and wonderful. GREAT show, fantastic classic!
Les Miserables is by far one of my favorite shows. So when it was coming to chicago I knew I had to go. I was not disappointed. Bring him home nearly made me cry and everything was perfect.
