Lining us for the event was a mess because they had multiple lines some for people with tickets and other for viewing outside on the big screen but after some help from some employees was able to find the right place to line up. But the games were amazing and was treated with a light wristband and some cheering sticks in the cup holders of our seats which made it an even better experience cheering on the two teams.
Everything felt like it was scripted for a movie. I’m so glad I got to be there.

I loved the event! sadly i got to buy tickets on resale because scalpers. You need to improve that more than anything
The nosebleed seats are way too far away from the screen and it was difficult to see parts of the action. Especially when the game was zoomed out to capture more of the game. The stadium is definitely not made for esports and that’s understandable. But even setting up projectors in certain areas for nosebleed seats could have made the difference.
Best league event I ever went to, the ceremony was by far the best ever. Chase center was an extremely modern arena perfectly suited for LoL events! Keep up the good work
The performance was phenomenal. Production was off the charts. The hype is real.
Lines were outrageous for merch and exhibits. None of my friends could get tickets. I got lucky because I knew a riot employee who was selling their ticket. The ease of transferring tickets, getting in, and buying parking was okay but definitely amazingly overpriced.
Really enjoyed the fan fest activities and meeting people that like league. I haven’t been into league as much this pass year. But just going to finals put fresh air in me and lit a spark to play more constantly again.

A true must go-to for esports and league of legends fans. Venue isn't outrageously over priced and is not too difficult to get into.

Very nice experience, the arena is great, not the biggest one but one can tell is pretty modern and new, there are plenty of places to eat around and the show was great
This event was so surreal tbh. Never thought i could cross off a worlds match live off my bucket list. Im so greatful to be able to witness T1 play from Korea LIVE. Seeing faker use Ryze and Azir was insane. The event was epic in itself. The broadcasters kept it really hyped through the whole game! The thunder sticks we were given before the show really kept it going. The atmosphere was phenomenal! I would give this event 10 out of 10 stars. Really if Worlds comes to N.A. again please come back to Atlanta. This event is something to behold and I wish that every League of Legends fan gets to witness an event from Riot. Thank you for giving us Atlantians a night to remember and a sight to be hold ♡♡
I was expecting to experience my first tournament and be in a crowded area, but it was so much better. Great announcers, great ambience, amazing teams!!!
Stage set up and visibility of screens was excellent. Sound and lighting were exceptional! Overall fantastic experience. Security seemed good and I felt safe. Food and drink prices were fairly reasonable considering inflation. I only have 2 major complaints. 1. Securing tickets was extremely difficult through Ticketmaster considering we are a family of 6. The max ticket purchase is 4 and it blocks any more based on IP address. Add the crazy competition and likely scalpers and you have a horrendous nightmare which resulted in us having seats in different sections. The other major complaint was the length of lines for merchandise and to a lesser extent, concessions. My wife missed more than 30% of the event standing in line. I also missed a game in the series trying to get popcorn.
The atmosphere on site was insane! The crowd was so enthusiastic and everyone was cheering. My experience was amazing.
I had to pay a 200% markup to get my tickets because Ticketmaster sold them all to bots and scalpers. There were empty seats near me at the actual event.
