  • Band GREAT! Venue/ticket info not so much

by Linda on 2/11/25House of Blues Orlando - OrlandoRating: 4 out of 5

We loved the band. They had a lot of energy, played for 2 hours, and sounded just like Bon Jovi (honestly better than Jon sounds these days). They played all of the hit songs. My complaint is with the venue times. It said doors open at 7, show at 8 with no pre-show. When we arrived at 6:45, we were told doors opened at 7:30 and show started at 9. Because we were running late, I bought the fastlane passes. It was totally unnecessary and a waste of money. It turns out that fastlane was let in at 7 (even though I asked when the guy told us 7:30) so we weren't able to snag one of the stools. If we had known it didn't start until 9, I would have waited until we arrived to guage the crowd and see if we needed fastlane. Lesson learned. I didn't care for standing in the House of Blues for 1.5 hours before the show. Also, the ticket said the show was 1 hour. It was 2 which was nice, but again, it would have been nice to know that it was 2 hours for plannign purposes. In summary, the band was great! Took me back to my childhood. I do wish they would have given a shout out to NJ though. But Ticketmaster/ House of Blue's information, not so good.

  • Great show, late start

by Ancalagon on 2/11/25House of Blues Orlando - OrlandoRating: 4 out of 5

The show was supposed to start at 8:00 pm but didn’t start until a little after 9:00 pm. Once Slippery When Wet took the stage they were excellent. They played a great variety of Bon Jovi’s songs with technical precision, emotion, and musicality. They played a full two hours and were very entertaining.

  • He looks like Jon but doesn't sound like him

by Corey on 2/11/25House of Blues Orlando - OrlandoRating: 2 out of 5

It was okay. The band was good, but the singer just didn't do very good. Missed alot of lyrics and didn't hit the notes that he should have.

  • Totally Rocked!

by Catt on 12/2/24House of Blues Myrtle Beach - North Myrtle BeachRating: 5 out of 5

Myrtle Beach, House of Blues Fri 11/29/24 Cannot recommend this band highly enough! Guys played for solid 2+ hours, high energy entertainment nonstop. Fantastic tribute to Bon Jovi, would go again in a heartbeat! Jason Morey was incredible as lead vocalist, had all Jon’s vocals & mannerisms down pat! Thank you all for a helluva show!

  • One of the Best Tribute Bands

by Orlando Resident on 7/1/24House of Blues Orlando - OrlandoRating: 5 out of 5

I’ve seen Slippery When Wet about eight times. I’ve also seen dozens of other tribute bands. SWW are among the best and most polished out there. You don’t even need to be a huge Bon Jovi fan to appreciate how good their show is. If you like rock ‘n’ roll, or you’re just in the mood to get out and see a great show, then go check them out.

  • Great Band - Venue Challenges

by BeaverPaws on 2/6/24House of Blues Myrtle Beach - North Myrtle BeachRating: 4 out of 5

First and foremost, Slippery When Wet is a great band that has clearly invested significant time/energy into mastering a large portfolio of Bon Jovi songs. The show was great, the sound was incredible, and the talent was amazing. That said - be aware the venue (House of Blues - Myrtle) sells seats that are listed as "clear view"but have you sitting directly behind a support pillar (you can see about a third of the stage as a result). Do a little additional research and choose your seat(s) wisely.

  • Faithful Sound and Show

by Lee on 2/6/24House of Blues Myrtle Beach - North Myrtle BeachRating: 5 out of 5

Not all tributes are the same. This group has been doing it for twenty years and it shows. The show itself was over two hours and non-stop hits. Highly recommend.
