    Amazing Event!

by Kiara on 10/16/22Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden - New York

As a League of Legends fan, this event was absolutely wonderful. Everything from the screens/stage to the lighting to the vibrant atmosphere made this experience perfect! I only wish my team had made it thought the Groups stage…

    Biased and inconsistent

by dn on 10/16/22Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden - New York

I showed up to the event with a sign and was forced to throw it away. others showed up with signs, LED displays and neon lights, plus flags larger than my sign, and were allowed in. the policy was inconsistent and negatively affected my experience.

    Nice Experience to come NY

by EL on 10/16/22Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden - New York

Hulu theater was good to see player's game. But to not go outside and order some food in there is little bit bad to me as a traveler from Korea 😅

Fun experience, with room for improvement

by ScalarWeapon on 10/15/22Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden - New York

Overall it was a pretty good experience to see this event live, great atmostphere and good setup overall. I was a bit disappointed by the fact that it wasn't more interactive (announcers etc. "playing with the crowd" more) and also the fact that there was no team merchandise for sale at the venue. I think that was a huge missed opportunity.

Good but it can be better

by Jcaser on 10/13/22Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden - New York

Very good. With the exception of the shop, it doesnt have gifts. Keychains or shirts or anything from day 1, for events of 5000 people per day i should have expecg a much higher stock in the store. But it never got restocked

    Pretty okay

by Bob saget on 10/13/22Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden - New York

Hulu theater is pretty cool. The walk up is nice with the tv screens in the hall. The theater itself is also pretty cool at first glance. Nice lighting. Decent sound. But after a while you notice the downfalls. But overall it's nice.

    First Time

by Danny on 10/12/22Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden - New York

This was my first time viewing a Worlds event and first time being in the crowd as well. I thought the energy and production of the set was wonderfully done, and the organization of the timeline of the event was well done and clean.

Overall really simple and exciting experience!

by Ben T on 10/11/22Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden - New York

The only thing i wish they did differently was have more merch to buy from the different teams playing so i could've bought something to show support. But the show was awesome except one or two technical glitches over the two days i went

Horrific Security and Food, Great Seating

by TomVee on 10/10/22Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden - New York

GOODS: Seats are comfier that many stadiums, layout is smart everyone has a decent view regardless of how far back you are. Crowd was awesome, very positive fans here - I love these people! BADS (MANY): Security seem to be operating independent of any rules, doing whatever they feel regardless of published event rules, and treating everyone like we’re new grunts at Army Bootcamp. Arriving: prepare to be yelled at. Event AND venue pages said water bottles (either sealed or empty) are OK? Doesn’t matter, throw them all out! That’s on day 1 and 3 - apparently days 2 and 4 empty ones are fine!! Not that those empty water bottles are going to do you any good - there’s only one water fountain in the whole venue, it’s hidden in a dark corner, old as dirt with pressure so low you’ll have to kiss the metal to get any water. No chance on filling bottles. Good luck staying hydrated during your 7-9 hour stay here without multiple $6 water bottles. Bathrooms up top and also in venue down below. Great in size and proximity. One janitors job includes standing in the bathrooms and educating everybody where these are. I feel like having signage, even as arrows on the floor, would have helped tell everyone about the kind of hidden ones in the theater. But then low and behold, the out-of-control security decided to randomly block access to the theater bathrooms on two of the days! And yes, that janitor was still in the main bathroom telling every to go to those (now closed) ones! Drinks - more options would be nice, but OK overall. The sizes are a nice plus. Food - Feels like a pop up fundraiser at a high school basketball game. Only two condiments (K+M), you can forget the rest. Hot dogs were a good size, but at $9 you better get more than a OscarMeyer wiener. Burgers are insane - if you’re going to charge $15 for a burger or chicken sandwich, you should at least throw a couple topping on there. Forget the sides. I could almost forgive these insane prices if the variety was there - how much effort does it really take to have a couple more condiments, onions/tomato/lettuce for all the sandwiches, and sweet potato fries as an option? Right now, the food feels straight out of a 1980s school food court club fundraiser. Grade: D-
