A great time was had by all. The show was non stop of singing and dancing.
This is the second time we have seen her live, and again, we had a wonderful time. There is lots of singing and dancing and the band keeps the showing moving to keep all engaged. It's wonderful to see so many children with varying disabilities attend to - because they can too participate. Her songs are so good, it's a joy to sing along, for all ages!
Seriously.... Take your kids to this concert! My son is turning 5 next week and I bought him tickets as a first concert, and as an early birthday gift. I am now (at least to him) the best mom on Earth! We had a really good time singing and dancing along, and he wasn't overwhelmed at all. The music is vivacious but not too fast paced in such a way that would make the kids too jittery. He has kept talking about it over and over. We definitely recommend going.
My family LOVED seeing the Laurie Berkner band. A great show for the whole family!!!
Exactly as expected, was worried about traffic due to morning events, but concerns were unfounded.
A wonderful event for kids...and adults too. A great time was had by all.
My kids vary in ages but we've been fans of Laurie since she was on Noggin... There are so many songs to choose from so we were a little dissapointed on some of her choices but we did like the new songs too and of course she did her standby's of Bumblebee and Victor Vito. :) It was a fun time.
It was awesome!!!!! Cant wait to see her again!!!!
Loved it! My kids danced the whole time. they sounded great!
My 5 year old and 3 year old were in kid music heaven! I have to say I had as much fun (or more) than they did. Can't wait to see LB again!!!
Upbeat, kid-friendly, and so much fun! If you go, think about taking a shaky egg and a stuffed animal for Pig on Her Head song.
Great show, kids loved it, was able to sing along with all the songs & it was great to see the addition of Brady Rymer to the group.
Show was great. Great venue and staff was very courteous. Concessions were very reasonable and a good location.
This show was awesome! My two kids (ages 3 & 5) loved this concert so much. They never became bored, and they were constantly smiling and singing along to the great music. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves also. Laurie really knows how to interact with a group of kids. She had us all moving! She also did a great job making sure she played all the kids' favorite songs, especially with the fantastic medley at the end. We would DEFINITELY go to another show if she returned to our area. I'm so happy we were able to see her locally.
This energetic, truly enjoyable concert had even the parents dancing in delight. It was our daughter's very first concert, and we couldn't have a picked a better show! We splurged on the tickets and attended the meet and greet. The band was as nice as could be, and Laurie Berkner was just as sweet as you would imagine her to be.
My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the Laurie Berkner show. We loved the music and the audience dancing. My daughter turned to me in the middle of the concert and said "thank you for bringing me today". That made it all worthwhile
We bought the tix 3 months in advance, and our girl did not disappoint! Laurie's voice is in great shape, and she even threw in a version of Shout for the parents. A definite must see for all ages!
What a great show for my 5 year old! Laurie, Suzy and the crew lived up to all of our expectations and exceeded them. All the kids (and adults) were signing and dancing. The show was just a lot of fun and really engaging, exactly what you'd expect if you've seen her videos and DVDs. Hoping she comes back around to Eastern PA again soon. I had just as much fun as my daughter!
Except for the fact that I can't get the songs out of my head it was fantastic!!!! My 3 year old had a blast.
My three-year-old grandson was excited by the news that I bought tickets to see Laurie Berkner. He has enjoyed her DVDs and CDs since he turned two. He knew just about every song in the show. The energy and enthusiasm of Laurie, Suzy, Bobby, and Brady was infectious. While the show is geared for toddlers and young children, the adults in the audience enjoyed themselves just as much as the youngsters
