I ended up going by myself so my other $65 ticket was wasted but I laughed enough for both seats! Thanks I needed that. Hope they liked and recommend "Chandler"-haha.
Chris Kattan was horrible. Completely discombobulated and hard to follow and not very funny. Tim Meadows needed more time as he was hilarious and obviously happy to be there. Jon was pretty good, but his set was a little too long and there were bits that just weren't funny. I would have rather heard more about his growing up then just throwing around buzz words for shock factor.
John Lovitz was only person that seemed prepared. I did not laugh once during cattan's performance and the only thing I remember about meadow's performance was him saying how much he enjoyed smoking. John Lovitz is talented and I would like to see him again, but the other two are not worth the price if admission.
Thought the show was great. They were all three very funny.
I can't even begin to explain my disappointment in this crappy "show". Let me say that the previous posts are indeed correct and I really wish I would have seen the posts before I bought tickets. This was a total waste of time and money.
Chris Kattan - Painful to watch. He did not feel comfortable on stage and was boring. It felt like he didn't want to be there. We never laughed once at his routine. We felt sorry for him Tim Meadows - Slightly better. We cracked a smile twice during his set. He looked at his watch a few times. I guess he couldn't wait to get off stage. He wasn't the only one feeling this way. Jon Lovitz, - The funniest of the three. This is not saying much. We notice several people leaving during his set. We also left before his set was over. I wish I would have gotten my money's worth. We bought the tickets at a discount on a Travel Zoo Deal. Free tickets are not worth the time or effort. This was painful to watch.
No wonder the EPC emailed an alert that they would refund tickets to those who had not understood what they were getting into and later decided not to attend. The auditorium had large empty areas, and I know why! Chris Kattan was on stage about 15 minutes, and he did nothing. No routine, pretty lame. Oh a few off color jokes, but very disappointing. Tim Meadows was better and on stage a bit longer, but he went on and on...and on about how he LOVES weed. Funny? Not very, but he did have a few good raunchy jokes when he noted there were no Brothers in the audience. John Lovitz is the real, skilled comedian. His timing and delivery are perfect, but his material is offensive (to women, various races and ethnic groups...) and gross (his descriptions - the Octo-Mom, his penis... - are not funny, not amusing). His material is obscene, scatological and directed at immature, drunk guys. The only ones who roared with laughter were those who came in with a couple of beers in their hands. I guess one had to be drunk to appreciate the evening. We had seen Redd Foxx live so we thought the anticipated raunchy routines would be OK. It was unbelievable. I think the EPC folks were dismayed and alarmed when they realized the kind of performance these three veterans of SNL would give. No wonder they offered to refund the cost of tickets to those who were smart enough not to attend.
Chris Kattan was not impressive. Did a couple impressions from his snl days. Tim Meadows wad not funny at all. Only did brief ladies man. Jon Lovitz was the best. Was not aware he could play the piano. Only funny one of the group. Don't waste your time or money on this show. What a disappointment because we loved them all on snl!
Extremely fun night with three former SNL STARS! To see in person, spontaneous and new and fresh was a real treat. Longer with all three would have been perfect. The energy in the room was palpable. a must experience! Hope they come around again. And Tim-lighten up!

I have been a John Lovitz fan ever since he appeared on SNL . I just love the way he brings his voice to change with the characters he plaays . I was hoping to see some of these characters in his stand up but didn't . he was very good don't get me wrong but he should realize there are people my age in the audience and we like the old as well as the new Jon . If your reading this Jon take note and come back . The next time make it a little more "retro" .
I love all the cartoons and movies he has been in. Thought he would be a little funnier, but amazed at what a great singing voice he has. Loved it. A couple people walked out because of his humor...but they must not have cable.
A fun time for adults! John is very entertaining and you'll laugh all evening......
