  • The best concert I have been to

by terri on 10/12/25Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

This was the best concert I have ever been to. There was so much heart, so much love and the band was tight. Jon Batiste put it all on out on the stage and also in the aisles and finally in the lobby. It was like they didn't want to stop playing And they played and sang so well. He was fantastic, a consummate showman and well all the superlatives. I would go to see him over and over.

  • Absolutely amazing!

by Nana62 on 10/8/25The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory - IrvingRating: 5 out of 5

Mr Baptiste is the consummate performer! He had the audience captivated from start to finish. His piano playing skills were amazing. It was awesome for him and the crew to come into the audience and interact with fans of all ages. One of the absolute best shows for 2025. This was after we were an hour late due to an unfortunate incident at one of the train stations in Dallas.

Have been anticipating getting to see Jon Batiste live in concert for many years. He did not disappoint. He was incredibly entertaining and was backed up by a host of outstanding band members. As always, he swept up the audience with his enthusiasm, positive approach and encouragement for participation. I attend live concerts fairly often and would put this concert among my all-time favorites.

  • Jon Batiste - otherworldly

by CBarlow on 10/8/25The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory - IrvingRating: 4 out of 5

My husband and I saw Jon Batiste in Dallas on October 5th - first time at the Toyota Music Factory in Las Colinas. The show itself was OUTSTANDING - so much fun, Batiste and his backing band were on FIRE. People were dancing, and the energy was so positive. I wish we had known there was an opening act that wasn't clear to me when purchasing ticket. Another minor thing, not clear on venue website about where ADA parking is - I did email, but didn't really get an answer.

  • Jon is a virtuoso artist

by Russ A on 10/8/25The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory - IrvingRating: 5 out of 5

Jon Batiste is a special artist and musician with few who can compare to him. His concert was a genuine revival of music and spirit in the audience. His band members and singers are amazing and he has great rapport with everyone. In summary, if you want an uplifting and super musical experience, book your ticket for Jon Batiste on his next visit!

  • Great Music Experience!

by Pattiecake on 10/8/25The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory - IrvingRating: 5 out of 5

I truthfully would have someone to announce the first act. I enjoyed the young lady's songs but she should have been at least announced by someone from the production team. Also, the security for Jon Baptiste and his band could have been much better! They did not clear the aisle hardly at all. The video crew had to do that. I am from New Orleans and at least our crowds know better and open up space for the band to go through.

  • TEMP INSIDE TMF SO HOT!!!

by L.M. on 10/8/25The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory - IrvingRating: 4 out of 5

The performance was SPECTACULAR, but the temperature inside the venue was SO DARN HOT, we were all uncomfortable & distracted.

Jon took us to church, a jazz festival, the symphony and New Orleans all in one night. Magical, fun, joyous.
