My huge Broadway Summer started with a Tropical island musical it was Awesome sad that’s it closing next month July 1st but I’m glad I saw it everyone was not only amazing but they all deserved at least a tony nominations for their role
It was very enjoyable and funny. The music and lyrics were great I would recommend this show if you want something lite and love Jimmy Buffet music

I enjoyed the play. It was uplifting and fun. I loved the balloons display. We had an entirely happy audience. I was happy to be able to purchase a Margarita.
A wonderful mix of Jimmy's music, a story, choreography, everything! Very uplifting!!
. Took my husband for his birthday. Big parrothead. He thoroughly enjoyed it. He loved the music and was amazed how they incorporated it into the play. The best was when Jimmy Buffet made a cameo appearance at the end of the show sang Wasting Away in Margaritaville and he got to sing his heart out. It was all so worth it.
Funny, engaging, and light-hearted. A nice blend of Jimmy Buffet's music mixed into the show. Unfortunate that the show is closing.
Escape to margaritaville was a light, fun and entertaining musical. It had you singing along to all your favorite Jimmy Buffet songs. It is a feel good musical that lets you cast your troubles away and let’s you unwind and enjoy the island life. I highly recommend that you escape as soon as possible!
This show was so much fun! Singing was great and you left feeling happy! Definitely recommend!
A thoroughly enjoyable experience - a great time !!
I have seen the show twice and it is just a lot of fun. The music is great and the writing (especially many innuendos) had the audience laughing out loud. My only criticism is it could have been a little shorter with possibly one or two songs not included. However, I would recommend it for a great night out and do not understand why people are shying away.
Really enjoyed this show and baffled by the “critics” who didn’t rate this show higher. I did not hear one negative comment about the show. In fact, people were happily surprised with how good it was. Unfortunately, this will close on Broadway next month, but catch it on tour. It’s worth the time and money. Only negative is that we missed Jimmy by a day. One of these days!
If you like Jimmy Buffett and his music this play is for you. Great music, fun stories that revolve around his songs. They even sell Margaritas in the lobbies. Fun night!!!
I've been a fan of Buffett's music since the early 70's. Unfortunately the play focused on partying and sex and his music was just in the background. Took two grandsons to the show and was very embarrassed. Can't understand why Buffett, who has written best selling children's books, thought portraying his music in the fashion a good idea. A very juvenile show. Very disappointed that I attended. Very disappointed I blew two hours and $400 on this.
I am a Parrot head and went to see this not knowing if I would like other people singing Jimmy's songs. It exceeded my expectations and I loved every minute of it. The script is funny and cute and all of the cast members are awesome. My attention was held the entire time. I can't wait to see it again!
The cast were energetic. The songs were fun and the dancing was choreographed wonderfully. The crew engaged the audience often. The Marquis Theatre and staff were great. What a fantastic surprise that Jimmy Buffet joined the cast for the last song the house was on their feet singing along. He also stayed for the talk back. Us parrot heads in the audience were thrilled!!!!

If you are a Jimmy Buffett fan you will truly appreciate the storyline, music and humor of this musical. It is a lot of fun! I am not a big Broadway show person and I loved it!!
