Loved the smooth way her show began. Her voice was right on point and song selections great. I wished she could have sung longer. I recommend it.

She was amazing! Just sad she didn't play longer. The opening act St Vincent I think was not the right act for a Eryka or the audience. Seems like they were a completely different type of music. All in all enjoyed Erykah immensely, she was very funny, personable and down to earth.

Erykah Badu was fantastic and very fun. I wish we had seen more of her. St. Vincent was more performance art than music. I liked it but she "ended" three times. I think most of audience was confused. Needed more Baduism.

Erykah Badu gave a great show my only complaint was that her set was very short. I'm not sure why it was so short. The people in my section weren't hype and most sat the entire show, which she jokingly commented on during one of her songs. She sang most of her more well known songs but I was a bit bummed that she didn't give an encore performance. I felt like we were all ready for more songs, but the show was actually over. St. Vincent was very unique but I enjoy her performance. I would recommend both artists !

St. Vincent show was long yet VERY entertaining. Ms Badu show was great but left me wanting much more!

My friends and I were sorely disappointed at how much time was given to St. Vincent vs. Erykah Badu. Badu was supposed to be the headliner, but she did not perform as long as St. Vincent. There was no encore, and the lights came up at 10:15 sharp when Sunday shows at HB usually go until at least 10:30-10:45. I'm very disappointed.

Just went to the concert to see Erykah. She was excellent, as always, and put on a great performance, however, the show was so short! What happened? Seems like she only played for 35-40 minutes! Everyone was thinking the same thing. We didn't believe the show had ended. We all thought, (me, my friend and everyone around us) that she was going to come back for the onchor and play another 3 or 4 songs, at least, but nope... I did hear that she played almost an hour though, but for Badu, she needs to play at least an hour and a half. Felt like I got jipped.

1. I love the Hollywood Bowl. It's my favorite summer spot. 2. Pairing St. Vincent and Erykah Badu is like a rave before neo-soul 3. The speakers were so loud for st. Vincent that I kept fibers in eas to block some sound. The strobe lights and flashing lights blocked me from looking at the stage. Couldnt do it. 4. The show was Sunday and today (Wednesday ) my head and eyes still hurt. I had to take noonday off to recover. 5. After many songs st. V stopped..... we waited quite a while for Erykah Badu and her set was so short. 6. Noo Encore. 8-10 songs only. 7. I sat in K3. This time I wish I was in w2. Terrible all around.

WONDERFUL NIGHT UNDER THE STARS !!! GETTING TO THE BOWL IS A LITTLE BIT OF A PAIN BUT WORTH IT IF ITS SOMEBODY I REALLY WANT TO SEE....TOO SHORT OF A SET FOR BADU THOUGHT SHE WAS HEADLINER...

The show overall was really great! Moses Sumney was phenomenal. His performance was effortlessly soothing. St. Vincent was spectacular. I really enjoyed her entire presentation from her makeup, hair, outfit, lights, movements and background dancers. Erykah Badu was purely amazing although I wish her set would have been a little longer but Ms. Badu can do no wrong. I had such a good time!

I bought tickets for this concert only to see Erykah Badu. She was just as amazing as I expected. St. Vincent played for one hour, then 30 minutes after, Erykah Badu played for one hour. It was short but worth it. She played hits right off the bat, and while I didn't know some songs she played, she still put on a great and fun show.

She was so good like I expected. However, The opening act St. Vincent was way too weird for me.

Erykah should have had more stage time, I know the bowl has a curfew but St. Vincent played too long. At one time I was hoping the sound went out on there performance. We wanted more or Erykah and less St. Vincent. I hope when I come to Grace Jones that she is allotted at least an full hour our more. Can someone tell me why the headliner who was on last had the least amount of time on stage. St. Vincent performed like 10 songs seemed like forever. St. Vincent is like an CD that I mixed in with my favorite CDs and play on random I can't listen to her straight through. Erykah was splendid and she could have went on for hours.

I think that the line up prior to Erykah performing was too long.... I wish she performed for more than just one hour but over all it really was a nice concert she did a excellent job on stage.

I was unfamiliar with both acts that opened up for Erykah, but was very disappointed with the barely 50 minute concert by Erykah. I was very disappointed and wish I could get a full refund. She sounded great, but short amount of time she performed was hardly worth my drive up to the Hollywood Bowl and the parking headache. I had heard recent disappointment with her either not showing up or being hours late, but this is unacceptable. She has too many songs in her catalogue to disappoint her fans the way she did!

She didn't headline but st. Vincent was amazing, a total trip to watch, Erykah Badu was great too. Never seen so many hipsters and stones at once tho!

This was the most disappointing Erykah Badu show I have ever seen. She paired with St. Vincent, who by the way is a lovely woman, but when Vincent's set was over her fan left in huge crowds while Erykah performed. That was disruptive. However, they must have known Erykah's show wouldn't be worth the time because she performed for less than an hour and it was over. I actually sat at my seat like "No, it's not over. They always come back out and do more songs because this was way too short". Man, was I devestated to watch them start to tear down the set. Then I heard on Instagram that Erykah rushed out to DJ at another event. I was so upset that I emailed the Hollywood Bowl and asked them for a refund and of course they said they don't give refunds. So my advice to you is, don't waste your money on an Erykah show. I saw her a few years ago at the Palladium and she did the same thing. Done with her...

Ms. Badu is so talented! She sings so beautifully and put on an awesome show. Her live band and background singers were phenomenal! She danced to her songs and looked like she was having so much fun on stage. Really interacts with the crowd too!
