The show was amazing and the audience enjoyed it. I would love to more great artist at the Hollywood Bowl. Bring on Dianna Krall, Sergio Mendes, John Legend, the Weekend, the Roots and more Badu please.
St. Vincent was on 45 minutes too long. Of course Badu is always late so I feel that we were robbed of a great concert because her set was too short. Last time I'll be seeing Ms. Erykah Badu.
I loved loved loved it!!!!!! If I had one complaint it would be that E Badu didn't perform long enough. I would have loved her to sing some more songs but I will definitely see her again Hollywood Bowl is the best venue to see a concert in Cali.
The Hollywood bowl is a great venue for concerts but I couldnt help but feel a bit robbed. St. Vincent was a good set but was not the main event and took up WAY TOO MUCH TIME. Their set was like an hour and a half!!! When Erykah Badu finally got on stage she perform less than an hour! Shot it seemed like half an hour to be honest. Im a huge fan of hers but was let down due to this. I mean this is LA! She shouldve brought it more but gave us a St. Louis type performance. She even mentioned the time on the clock like the venue was rushing her to hurry up...WELL NEXT TIME DONT LET YOUR OPENING ACTS HOG ALL YOUR STAGE TIME. Honestly speaking St. Vincent set was more entertaining, I just wasnt into their music like that.
