I had a great time with my fiancée at this event. I would love to go see Jordan Peterson again and again! It was fun to dress up properly and engage in a meaningful conversation. Plus, we were sitting right next to his wife the entire night! Thanks Jordan!
This man is a gift! Everyone should hear at least one of his lectures. The world will be better for it ❤️
I really enjoyed this lecture. I have never heard him speak in person before, and I was really looking forward to this. Was not disappointed. I will never forget this experience! Thank you Dr. Peterson
I have been following Dr. Peterson for some years. I have purchased and loved each of his books. I appreciate the courageous way he has stood up for his beliefs. He has been a proponent of respecting people and that of both young men and women. I expected that this lecture would have had more thought than something he waited until the last minute to speak about. For the first 25 minutes, he was nervous, short of breath, and stilted in his discussion. He seemed to struggle with his thoughts and how they tied together. He eventually settled down, but the lecture was disjointed and unorganized. He did have a number of gems that were thoughtful and valueable. But if this were a student presentation, it would have fallen short due to him not being prepared. He might have chosen to change what he had planned as he was in the belly of LIBERAL DC. We were all warned at the beginning that any heckling would not be tolerated. Maybe he was unsure about the audience. He should have known better. He was surrounded by people who love and respect him and all that he has come to represent. His Q&A after the lecture was thoughtful. His daughter was selecting questions submitted by the audience. I appreciate that it sometimes takes him a moment to articulate his thinking, but even that was forced and flat. I do not regret my attendance but hope those other cities where he has this tour will be gifted with a lecture that has sound reasoning and thought.
Dr. Jordan B. Peterson is one of the greatest philosophical minds of our time. His ideas and wisdom has helped many improve their relationships, mental health, and lives as a whole. It was apparent that his lecture was filled with lessons that reached out to the broad audience. With a mix of comical relief embedded within a series of in-depth analyses of the human psyche along a life long journey, this was a very enjoyable lecture that left the audience admiring Dr. Peterson even more. It was a pleasure to hear him speak in person; highly recommended!
Dr. Peterson delivers excellent advice and stories that would benefit any listener. We heard his lectures online, but to hear him in person was sublime.
I greatly enjoyed the lecture. It was worth the price and effort to attend. I was disappointed that it started 30 minutes late. The venue had issues with tiny seats and under-staffing of ushers.
This was the first lecture I ever attended that inspired me enough to leave in a state of cognitive flow! Well worth the price of admission, it might have just changed my life.
This was a bucket list experience, to listen to Dr Peterson live. His message needs to be heard by anyone who cares about the future of humanity. Bravo!!!
I listened to countless videos of JBP on YouTube and always wanted to see him in person. He is very articulate and chooses his words very carefully. I learned a lot from his talk especially the one he gave in Washington DC. I wish him well and pray that God protects him from all the evil in this world.
I really loved watching (in person) Dr Peterson breakdown ideas right in front of our eyes. He is brilliant and I look forward to seeing him again. I also thought it was pretty cool that so many men showed up in a three piece suit. It was lovely.
Show started a little late, but other than that all was perfect. Great to finally see Dr. Peterson. Great venue. Peterson discussed the third rule from his second book, as only he can. He is linear and ordered with just a smattering of chaos. He took a few questions at the end and that was priceless. The crowd thundered a standing ovation at the conclusion. I sure hope he comes to southcentral Pennsylvania soon!
Jordan Peterson was fantastic My husband and I enjoyed his lecture/presentation greatly. I wished the lecture wouldn’t end.” Don’t hide things in the fog “ absolutely true and relevant to living our everyday lives. Thank you for what you do
Attended this show with my spouse who is a huge fan. I had never listened to JP. His lecture was a thought provoking experience that shifted my perspective on a few issues. It inspired great conversations with my spouse afterwards. The Q/A session afterwards was my favorite part. Definitely worth the time and money. Venue has limited parking nearby so be prepared with a parking app or wear comfy shoes and not heels like me!
entry and directions throughout the venue, chrysler museum, norfolk, virginia was nice enough. one draw back - the seats were extremely narrow and tightly packed like a can of sardines. it was very uncomfortable and had to sit on the nearby stairwell for breathing room. the other huge draw-back re: hospitality was extremely expensive for two 'sippy cups' of white table wine --- 6 oz of wine in a small, child-size yes literally a sippy-cup. the cost was $32 in all. :-O otherwise, it was easy access and organized. the lecture of Dr Peterson was fantastic. Thought provoking and at times, entertaining. Love the Q&A- wish it lasted longer. all in all, it made for a great memory shared with family & friends as a big event we'll talk about through the years <3
Phenomenal. Nothing else to say. Worth every cent and then some.
The guy is flat out one best minds in the world right now.
Its great to see you back in your element Dr. Peterson! Thank you for comeing to a venue near us so we could listen to you speak. It was such a treat to see you in person. Best of luck on the remainder of your tour!
Seeing Jordan Peterson live was a dream come true, it was both insightful and even entertaining at times, I highly recommend people Listen to his lectures
