The costumes, choreography, skating and performances were great. Some of the music was kind of cheesy (Toys are Back in Town? Phil Lynott must be spinning in his grave!), but overall a great show for the kids.
At 1 hour 45 minutes, including intermission, it felt a little short, but maybe that's my adult clock being applied to a kid's show.
The intermission should be announced as a specific time length, not just "taking a short break." Many, many people were caught out in the concessions area when the music restarted and either had to abandon their places in long lines or just forego seeing the start of the second act (as we did).
Speaking of, the show after the intermission felt too short, it's much shorter than the opening "half." Which makes missing the start of it that much more aggravating.
Also, it has to be mentioned, the Disney-specific concessions are WAY overpriced! $15 for a snow cone? I realize you get a Disney-themed plastic mug with it, but they won't even refill it at a lower cost. I learned that from a disgruntled mom while standing in line for a Phillips Arena ice cream since I refused to pay 15 bucks for flavored ice. Rip-off!
