by Banana on 2/14/23Stockton Arena - StocktonRating: 4 out of 5The show was good, but not the best that I’ve seen. There was a lot of talking with the MC’s and not as much skating. All in all it was a good show, but I expected a little more.

The show was good, but not the best that I’ve seen. There was a lot of talking with the MC’s and not as much skating. All in all it was a good show, but I expected a little more.
Love the new costumes, new concept, and we loved it being so interactive. The kids had the best time.
If you're seated in the upper sections at SAP Center, the sound is terrible and the lighting apparatus is partially in your sightline. All dialog from the performers were mumbled, and the music was barely recognizable. The physical performance was fantastic, but with the sound issues, the experience wasn't good. If you can pay ridiculous prices for the lower levels, the experience would probably have been better. The show didn't include new characters like from Encanto which greatly disappointed my granddaughter.
The only drawback is that the floor level seats are so very close together that your neighbor is basically sitting on you. The show was great and we had a really nice time. Staff were friendly and it was easy to find our seats. Good performer quality
The whole family enjoyed the event especially my daughter she lit up when elsa came out. I just wish i could get the picture they took of me and her they put up on the big screen.
My kids loved the show we had a great experience for being are first time
First show for me and my kids u think I turned back into the kid all over again we all loved it
Show was great but I was a little disappointed that I bought front row seats, Row 1 only to find we had two rows of people in front of us. Ticketmaster does not make this clear.
Loved the show everything was great very well organized and kept my sons entertained the whole time!
My daughter was brought up 3 times she had an amazing time. It made me happy seeing that smile on her face. Thank you so much.
Everytime we go to the venue, we spend $100 on a family of 4. Churros are rock hard, nacho cheese was cold. Beer was cold, so there was that.
Disney on Ice The show was fantastic and engaging to all ages As an adult you felt like a kid again ! The kids got the magical Mickey Disney experience!!!! The costumes were amazing ! Popcorn was not so good and way over priced tho! All the other snacks snd good were great ! Can’t wait to see it next year !
We had perfect parking, perfect seats. The interaction with the crowd was new and welcomed. Wish our picture would have been displayed. Wish you could buy the pictures that were taken on the Disney "trip".
1) Been coming for about 10 years. Except during covid. 2) Always setting in the front row. 3) Staff was friendly. 4) My grandchildren were never picked from the audience. This year, children behind us and to the left of us were picked to ride in the van. 5) I believe the cost of the merchandise is too high. You probably would sell more if the cost was a little lower. 6) I paid $15 for lemonade in a Disney cup with rubber bracelets. 7) I also paid $18 for popcorn In a fabric bucket! The other food was unbelievable. I enjoyed the entertainment as well as my family. The costumes were beautiful and the performancer were great. At one point, it was like being at a Circus of Soleil show!!
I went withy family we all really enjoyed it ,we liked how the toy story characters interacted with everyone in the audience ,all of the performers did it was the best show yet
It was a great show even though it started late. It was very exciting. But the intermission took away from the show. And the stage should have been larger.
One of the best shows I’ve seen in a while. Great “Road Trip” Adventure with my family for my God-child’s 6th Birthday. If you haven’t seen Disney on Ice—it’s a must see show. It will blow your mind away. So worth it.
I have been attending Disney on Ice for approximately 8 years now. Anytime they are in town I make it a point to attend. This year was the best one by far. The acrobatics and cast were incredible. I highly recommend this show to everyone.
My kiddos were excited to attend and had a great time! ... my wallet on the other hand, not so much. They were gifted the tickets, awesome. ...but everything inside purchase, prices were just bananas. You're not allowed to take in purses so bringing our own snacks was out of the question. I had 6 girls, in tow. Bag of Mickey popcorn $17, two pretzels, two bags of chips and 3 water bottles $52, 3 Disney bubble wand light sticks $160.... the amount I spent (without including the friends they took) I could have bought Disneyland day passes.
First of all, you were not allowed to take backpacks or purses. No email prior that this was the rule. Been to Disney on Ice last year, no such thing. Been to Stockton Arena, never had this be an issue. Second, Disney prices for their souvenir's was ridiculous. Vendors outside the arena was a joke, do they pay taxes for what they sell, no, why support crooked selling. Should not had been allowed to sell outside of venue. If you want to freeze in an indoor ice arena, then you were at the right place. I have gone to lots of Thunder and Heat games, never has it been so cold as it was Saturday at 11:00 am. Second level should not be freezing as it was, too cold to enjoy. For some guests who were chosen to be part of the show, clearly were in the most expensive seats, how is that fair for other children who's parents can not afford the good seats, so they settle for what they can afford. It shouldn't be for some and be for ALL, explain that for the children who didn't get picked and tell them why. Disney should know better. The only negative I can say about Stockton Arena (venue) is they ran out of pretzels half way through the show, was not a good thing. Last, but not least. to pay the kind of money to attend Disney on Ice, tickets, parking, souvenirs and food, the should had lasted longer then 1 hour and 15 minutes. Started at 11:15, intermission at 12:00, back at 12:20ish and over at 12;45. VERY disappointing, $200-$500 for a little over an hour. Shame on Disney for taking advantage of parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles on trying to give the children in their lives a fun time. Absolutely disgusting, I would say Disney has become opportunist with over charging and not giving customers their moneys worth. I have been going to Disney of Ice for over 25 years and this was the biggest waste of money. Highly Disappointed and Broke.
