The Elsa and Mirabel Character Experience is an immersive preshow music and dancing event where families can participate in games, storytelling, crafting and photo opportunities with Elsa and Mirabel.

Disney On Ice is intended for a general audience. All guests ages two and up are required to have a ticket. Children under two are admitted for free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket.

Disney On Ice events are casual and family-oriented. Guests may dress as their favorite character but not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other guests. Costumes and costume masks may not be worn by guests 14 years and up.

This is the 3rd Disney on Ice show that I’ve taken my son to and each show had exceeded my expectations! I absolutely enjoyed Frozen and Encanto and do did my 5 year old. He was singing his little heart out, especially during “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” lol. I highly recommend!
It was great from skating to costumes and set to singing , props, lights, music. The best part of all was seeing expressions on my granddaughters faces❤️❤️❤️
The show was wonderful bug the seats were awful. I paid a premium price for seats in section 115. I was wanting a great experience for my granddaughter and to be able to see the show in good seats. Double rolls chairs that were not elevated. Since our seats were in the second row when the people in front of us sat down we could hardly see anything. Also the railing in front of the seats were straight in your view line. I will not be back to the Bojangles Coliseum. I paid a high price for very bad seats.
While we had SO much fun singing and dancing our hearts out enjoying songs from frozen and Encanto the only bad thing I’d have to say is the lines for anything, and the caterers walking the aisle selling items only visited our section once with snow kones although there were plenty of other things being sold too, just not our section. We also REALLY enjoyed doing the meet and greet with Elsa and Anna.!!!

Disney never disappoints. The show was fantastic. Liked how they changed the frozen segment of the show up and loved Olaf commentating. Encanto was very well done and all of the characters were spot on. A fun time was had by all. I must say I do prefer the Spectrum Center in Charlotte hosting the show rather than Bojangles Coliseum.
This was the most amazing experience that my family experienced. My girls were so excited to see all the Disney characters. We sang all the songs together. We had such a wonderful family outing.
We paid almost $400.00 for 2nd row rinkside tickets to watch the backside of a camera man almost the entire show! My 4 year old was so sad because she couldnt see Elsa the whole first half. We told several people who went and asked him to move! He didnt until thr end. I tried to get info on how to get money back or at least get other tickets.
The show itself was 👏amazing. Would definitely go again! My girls enjoyed💓. However I would choose better seating next time. Sat in section 123 and our view was unfortunately limited due to added folded chair seating that was not designed to be there in the first place😔
We were unable to go see the show because our neighborhood roads were flooded and getting out was impossible due to Hurricane Ian. The local Charlotte emergency weather team said not to go out on the roads and our NC Governor said not to leave your house. Therefore, I tried to get a refund and Disney, the event vendor would not accept a Hurricane as a suitable reason for not going. Im so disappointed not only in Disney On Ice but Ticketmaster too! It’s cost a lot to take my granddaughters to something special like this and they were not only sad but heartbroken! So disappointed in Disney! I guess they expected an older lady to drive in a Hurricane to go see the event!
Everything was great. I had a good time with my family. I was happy I chose to take the girls to go see the show.
The show itself was Awesome after we moved from our seats that we paid more for and moved up to just about the highest part so I knew we was not taking anybody seats. Our seats would have been perfect the reason I picked them out but they put the stuff that controls the whole show right infront of our section which therefore the kids couldn't see. We had 2 other rows that moved also because therw kids couldn't see. SO VERY DISAPPOINTING....we paid extra for good seats that we couldn't even see. Poor set up . Needed to x off those seats...should have been thought threw more. Kids and there heights...please think about that next time. So truly we was and others out of the money we paid extra for and went all the way up to the lower price seats.
Loved Encanto!! It was AMAZING!! We would definitely go see Encanto again!!
OH MY GOODNESS I LOVED this show!! It was a magical experience and sitting on the ice made it even better! My 3 year old daughter was in awe. Priceless experience
The show was amazing! I was very impressed with the production and the skating ability. It was very professional. My daughter LOVED it. I also, liked how they split the show into two different mini shows.
Disney on Ice was colorful, entertaining, positive, happy and true Disney magical ❣️ I'm a nanny for a 2 1/2 year old and he was enchanted. Perfect length as he was ready to go at the end. He loved the whole experience 👍
Our son and us loved all of it. We can’t wait to come back next time. Our son’s favorite part was Bruno coming out.
For a 2 year old, this is the perfect place to spend your birthday!! Seeing Mickey Minnie goofy and Donald were the highlights of her day!! The donkeys were my fave!!💃🏽💃🏽
There were NO handicap parking places and no unload zone at all . Big room for improvement in the arena area.
