  • Very fun family show

by Emily on 10/10/22EagleBank Arena - FairfaxRating: 4 out of 5

My kids really enjoyed Disney on Ice! We were bummed to not get any songs from Frozen 2, and it was odd that they randomly didn’t have people to play 4 members of the madrigal family, but otherwise it was great! I loved that they used songs from the parks for the opening and closing numbers.

  • Worth the trip!

by Sandy on 10/10/22EagleBank Arena - FairfaxRating: 4 out of 5

The show was very well put together especially the new Encanto part! Only complaints are with the concessions... menu and prices should be listed more clearly so people can decide what they want to buy as they are waiting in line. Also, there were no Encanto themed items at the concession stand we were at .. all the items were pretty dated. Overall, a huge thumbs up for the show part of the experience though!!

  • Amazing!

    by O.Thompson on 10/9/22EagleBank Arena - FairfaxRating: 5 out of 5

I took my daughter to the show for her 7th birthday. The show was amazing! I'm just not a big fan of the arena, but we still had fun.

  • Great Outting

by Shannynicole on 10/9/22Rating: 5 out of 5

The kids really enjoyed themselves and was happy to hear and sing along to their favorite songs from the movies. Con- all the toys, souvenirs and food is extremely overpriced which is very disappointing for families like myself with multiple children. We are still recovering financially from the pandemic so I think this should be kept in mind as we try to get back to the norm.

  • Beautiful!

Awesome time with my 2 kids and husband. 2 shows were great.

  • Magical!

    by S. K. on 10/8/22Rating: 4 out of 5

I was hoping that Frozen 2 would be highlighted since we’ve seen the original for at least the last 5 years. But it was entertaining as usual. I was so excited to see The Madrigals and they did all of our favorite songs. Each character embodied their gift and it was magical.

  • Best Disney on ice Show EVER

by Little Mama on 10/6/22Bojangles Coliseum - CharlotteRating: 4 out of 5

The show was amazing. The intro was such a surprise. We really enjoyed the show, even Frozen being so old, but we sang along all the songs. The costumes for the song Summer were super adorable. Encanto was enchanting. The effects and costumes were perfect. My kids and I really loved it. As many have commented, the venue was terrible. We got great parking, and the staff was great at the entrance, but inside it was sticky floors, tight space, and during the break I couldn't take my kids to the restroom because there was a line. I felt the popcorn baggies were pricy for the quality. It tasted bland. The person telling us where our seats where, gave us the wrong section, so we had to walk further down the sticky path. I even found trash on the cup holder. I know I won't be coming to Bojangles arena again.

  • Disappointed Great Show but only saw half of it!

by Chris on 10/6/22Bojangles Coliseum - CharlotteRating: 3 out of 5

We drove 1 hour and a half from Lenoir to Charlotte. We got there and plenty of time to get into the parking lot and into the coliseum. However we sit at the entrance trying to get off of the highway for 1 hour and 20 minutes. The reason I took my granddaughter was to see Frozen. We only got to see 5 minutes of Frozen and then it was halftime. So disappointed in the unorganized parking situation. There was only one entrance open. Everyone seemed so frustrated trying to get off of the highway into the parking lot. Honestly we love the production and my granddaughter enjoyed it very much, but like I said we only got to see half of the program. I felt like whoever was in control of the parking situation should refund my family and I have the price because we only saw half of the show. My granddaughter kept asking where Elsa was I felt so bad telling her that part was over. Over the years we have gone to many performances at this coliseum but sadly I don't think I will ever go back to this particular coliseum because of the situation with the parking.

  • Such a fun show!

  • So much fun!!

    by Jessie B on 10/5/22Bojangles Coliseum - CharlotteRating: 5 out of 5

We had a blast. The show was great and the special effects were fun. It was not just a great time for the kids, it was fun for everyone.

  • Wonderful show, terrible venue

by Kristin on 10/5/22Bojangles Coliseum - CharlotteRating: 3 out of 5

We absolutely love Encanto & Frozen. The show was adorable. I wish they would incorporate Frozen 2 as well but nonetheless it was a great show. However, the new venue, Bojangles Coliseum, was not a good choice. The coliseum is old and dirty. Very tight quarters in the common areas especially with the size crowd this show brings. It needs to be moved back to Spectrum Center.

  • Fantastic & Magical Experience

by Kaitlyn on 10/5/22Bojangles Coliseum - CharlotteRating: 5 out of 5

We had a fabulous time watching Disney on Ice. Even my son liked it (even though it was frozen and encanto). It was such a great experience.

  • Never have it at Bojangles Arena again

by A Mom In Line on 10/5/22Bojangles Coliseum - CharlotteRating: 3 out of 5

I’ve been to both Disney on ice at the bobcats arena and now the Bojangles. The Bojangles arena honestly ruined my experience of the show. The facility itself was dirty. Your shoes stuck the the floors. But my main issue is the lack of common areas provided for guests. There isn’t enough restrooms and/or concessions to accommodate everyone. Matter of fact, I spent $0 on anything besides my ticket because standing in line for anything would mean I was missing a great deal of the show. I couldn’t even take my daughter to the restroom without waiting in line for 20 minutes. To the point moms were closing off the mens room in order to take their kids (let alone ones trying to potty-train) to the restroom quickly. I won’t be back to the show or a show period if it’s being held at this arena.
