The Elsa and Mirabel Character Experience is an immersive preshow music and dancing event where families can participate in games, storytelling, crafting and photo opportunities with Elsa and Mirabel.

Disney On Ice is intended for a general audience. All guests ages two and up are required to have a ticket. Children under two are admitted for free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket.

Disney On Ice events are casual and family-oriented. Guests may dress as their favorite character but not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other guests. Costumes and costume masks may not be worn by guests 14 years and up.

I loved it as much as my child, maybe more. Incredible athleticism and showmanship. The show itself was perfection. The only negatives were food and drink prices and the entry/exit access to our seats had us balancing on a step and climbing around people to go down stairs.
Disney on Ice was so fun! The kids had a blast singing and clapping along!! We are and will continue to be a Disney family!
This was the best Disney on Ice show ever. They did an awesome job with both stories, especially Encanto! The stunts from Isabella and Maribel were executed so gracefully and my family enjoyed it. To see my 3 year old daughters eyes light up let me know she really loved the show and that’s what mattered the most.
The show was awesome. Wanted to shop but everything closed before we could get out of the bathroom line 😩
Under the seat it wasn’t cleaning I think after any show the people should clean it was sticky and water under my seat. Ladies restroom the paper towel run out by the break.
My daughter and I loved the show. This was a first for us and would definitely go again! Our only issue was the row behind having the kids sit on their laps (they were well over 2 and shouldn’t have been) but we kept getting kicked/hit in the back on the chairs and a few times in the head.
I brought my grand baby to her first Disney on Ice. I grew up on Disney and i wanted to share it with her.
I don’t remember how many Disney on ice I’ve been throughout the years but this one was by far the best show I’ve seen. Sound, stage, performance. Everything was perfect! My family and I enjoyed every minute! Can’t wait for next year!

The merchandise is so overpriced and wish there would of been more characters for boys
The show was great! The concessions ridiculously expensive.
The event was really good. I wish Encanto performances were in the 1st half followed by Frozen performances in 2nd half.
We enjoyed the show! It was one of the best shows Disney has done! I would highly recommend!
We saw Disney on Ice last year and it was absolutely phenomenal. This year, not so much. The sound was off. The shows werent very exciting. Rushed and crowded, expemsive food and a $35 toy.
We went to the Disney on Ice for our 4-year-old granddaughter. She loved it, but the parents and grandparents were blown away! We did not imagine how much we were going to enjoy it beforehand. It was such a wonderful surprise for all of us! What an exciting, beautiful show!!
Definitely worth it! You will not be disappointed! Two of the best movies were very well preformed and my family loved every minute of it!
Disney on ice gets better and better each year! I really enjoyed that the show focused on only two movies, so each one was able to be performed from the beginning of the movie to the end. My favorite part was that they added ENCANTO!! All the performers did such a wonderful job and it was a beautiful show. I look forward to next year! (P.S please add Frozen 2 to your shows!!)

everything was wonderful, the dancing was top tier! encanto was definitely the show stopper. everyone did an amazing job! only thing we didn’t care for was the stadium set up, a few people tripped down the stairs beside us.
