My 4 yo granddaughter said it was the best day ever. She is Elsa 24/7 so she was mesmerized with the frozen portion of the show. Loved that the venue had a market all though the prices were airport prices 😳. She actors were great and I loved how they incorporated the movie into an hour. Costumes were great

  • Show was great, seating questionable

by Drew on 4/20/25F&M Bank Arena - ClarksvilleRating: 4 out of 5

The show was excellent, as Disney tends to be. The only issue we had was the wheelchair seating on the lower level left something to be desired. Other then that, great job!

  • Always a fun family experience

We typically do this once a year. My daughter and this year daughter, granddaughter, wife and other daughters 5 year old son. We did the character experience this year. Had tables set up to color, juice boxes for the children, and games to play as table by table met the characters with photo ops. The shows typically start off with Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goffey to the excitement of the audience. The first half was Frozen movie take off and very well done, lots of laughs and excitement. We have experienced this one a few times and is always enjoyable. Disney goes out of the way with details to make everything as special as possible. The second half of the show this year with Encanto we all kind of lost interest and was waiting for the final part when Mickey, Minnie and cast all come back out. The only reason this was not a five star is we did not really enjoy the second half and would suggest that they bring another option from another movie. However thank you Disney and the VBC for allowing such a fun and memorable family experience.

I loved this complete show. The ice skaters did a beautiful job!! I loved the singing and dancing my husband looked at me because I was singing so loud! I loved it that much along with our granddaughters! Encanto had a beautiful twist to it as they just went up in mid air singing and dancing it was amazing! I would love to see it over and over again!!

  • Truly Magical!

The show absolutely exceeded all expectations. The stunts and tricks of Encanto left me in awe. I’m so glad I took my two girls to experience the magic of Disney outside of the parks.

  • My experience summed up....

by Review Nickn@me on 4/8/25Colonial Life Arena - ColumbiaRating: 4 out of 5

The Encanto show was great! Very colorful, lively! The Frozen show was not as much excitement, as far as the "magic". Really enjoyed all the characters coming out & performing together.

  • Wonderful time with the kids!

This was an exceptional performance with top notch quality performers and skaters. The costumes and sets were outstanding and the stunts were PHENOMENAL!!. The kids were singing and dancing all show long. I look forward to taking the kids out to the next one.

  • Best experience ever

by Ketty on 4/7/25VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena - JacksonvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Everything was wonderful and extraordinary!! The whole presentation (Frozen and Encanto) was AMAZING.

  • Loved Disney on ice,NOT bubble wands

by Queen love on 4/4/25VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena - JacksonvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Disney on ice Encanto and frozen was amazing loved it. BUT all the bumble wands that shoot out bubbles was annoying when trying to watch the show. Some Parents would let there kids just sit there continuously blowing bubbles getting in people’s eyes, mouth, food and in the viewing way. This is distracting when trying to watch a show.others around me were complaining as well. They should only have glow wands not bubbles inside the arena.if you can’t take in spiked necklaces then I don’t see how bubbles are aloud to be blown when they can get in peoples eyes. Also the man on the main floor entrance 2nd booth selling merch had an attitude when I asked nicely about the size of the shirt. For the price of the tickets and the food I expected a better experience

  • Outstanding!
