    Absolutely fantastic!

by Nikki on 3/25/24Amalie Arena - Tampa

I took my special-needs daughter and my six-year-old granddaughter, and they had such a great time. They were clapping they were waving, they were singing to the songs. They especially loved some of the tricks that they did being on ice skates especially! I’ll be paying attention for the next time it comes around my area I can take another granddaughter!

    Fun family experience

by Ash on 3/25/24Amalie Arena - Tampa

I have always loved Disney and I’ve gone to Disney on ice before; however this time I had my 2 year old daughter with me. She absolutely loved the show! I did as well, it was full of fun, action, and excitement. We also did the meet and greet before the show which was very fun. I can’t wait to take her to another show!

    Disappointed.

by RobFue on 3/25/24Amalie Arena - Tampa

Well. The show was great. My seats. Not so much. I picked row A so as not to have anyone in front of my smaller kids. They closed a few sections because of lack of sales. Should need to say that you was blocked half the time.

6 yr old & 4 yr old COULD NOT SEE event!!

by spb on 3/25/24Amalie Arena - Tampa

10 days prior to Friday, March 22nd afternoon show I purchased 3 tickets to Disney on Ice @ Amelie Arena, Tampa. Row 'A' section 114, seats 5, 6 & 7. a) On the seating chart provided by ticketmaster Row A was the closest & nearest to the ice... b) There was no indication that views in row A might be obstructed... c) There was no mention that there would be 2 rows, folding chairs no less, placed in front of the 'permanent barrier', which is row A on the seating chart and in reality... d) There was no option for me to purchase these made-up rows (AA & BB, we discovered after purchasing) available to me... e) My granddaughters, aged 6 &4 could not see over or around the costumes & hairdo's worn by the adults and children in front of them! This smacks of the typical 'Bait & Switch' routine practiced regularly by musical & sporting event promoters. What was offered & advertised by ticketmaster as 'front row' or 'courtside' seating; may just as well have been the 'obstructed-view' seating we experienced at the old Chicago Stadium! But hey, Bulls tickets were sold with & it was understood that they came with these specific impediments! Pathetic that ticketmaster would not make it abundantly clear and repeatedly warn consumers that views from a seat, wherever it may be, could have obstructed or impaired views. Too bad, most importantly, for all the little kids who could not see around the costumes & adults seated in front of them while occupying their seats in Row A! Caveat emptor.... for those wishing to do business with ticketmaster: 'Row A', 'Row 1' or 'Ringside' seating may NOT be the implied, advertised or unobstructed view expected when purchasing such seats!! I will be denying the credit card charge!

    Great Show but annoying attendees

by Dumbo on 3/25/24Amalie Arena - Tampa

My granddaughter loved the show and being right up front to get a great view of the characters. But..... people arrived late after the show started and disrupted our viewing to get to their seats. And it wasn't just one or two. Then a few minutes before the show ended we have people crossing our view again trying to be the traffic out of the area. Very annoying especially if you are trying to capture the moment via video.

    Very Well Produced Show

by Jim on 3/25/24Amalie Arena - Tampa

We took our four- and eight-year-old granddaughters to the show, and they were thrilled! Great production value, very professional, and very dramatic. Overall, it was a big hit with the grandkids (and us).

center stage and front section is not the best

by liz on 3/25/24Amalie Arena - Tampa

beautiful shows! loved the music, and the tricks, super cute show! i had thought getting tickets for center stage would be best since that’s where i thought characters perform to. they actually perform to all sides! especially the front corners. if your not front row in the center, find other seats. the front section is not on a big incline, so you have a sea of heads blocking the floor and performers. everyone wants their kid to have the best view, so row by row, people hold their kids higher to see better or have them standing on seats which is not the safest since the seats fold up. i would recommend sitting higher up to see the stage to watch the talent, or front rows of corners to be closer to the action and have the best views. my kid had a wonderful time listening to the music, seeing the snow for elsa, and watching isabella fly in the sky and use the flower power. i would totally go again, but picking different seats next time.

    Almost good bit not quite

by Hi on 3/25/24Amalie Arena - Tampa

Show was amazing but the extra rows of seats put down made it very difficult to see the performance even from row B! I was highly disappointed and even ended up moving further back to some empty seats that were a lil more elevated.

    A little disappointed

by Rebecca on 3/24/24Amalie Arena - Tampa

We paid for front row rank side and they had a bar in front of us which the side of the rank seats didn’t so it was a little disappointing especially when the Disney cast members picked kids and the front of the rank kids weren’t even looked at to be able to be picked to go up . The show was amazing other than that. But when u pay a lot for tickets u shouldn’t be blocked by barricades.

    Healing childhood trauma

by Sam on 3/19/24Ford Center - Evansville

Growing up there were 7 kids in the household and we never had money to be buying tickets for stuff like this so when I saw the tickets for this I immediately bought tickets for my nieces and nephews! Seeing their faces light up brought tears to my eyes🫶🏼 it was a great show! I personally thought the frozen portion was better than the Encanto part but my friends we went with thought the opposite! Regardless it was a great show!

    Fun with grandkids!

by Nanny on 3/19/24Ford Center - Evansville

I’ve been bringing my grandkids for past 6 years or so. The show is always fantastic and the kids are mesmerized. However this years show seemed shorter than those in past years. I also wish the treats and souvenirs were more reasonably priced.

    Grand daughter loved it

by Sandy on 3/19/24Ford Center - Evansville

We all enjoyed the show a lot more than the 2023 show. I do think the concessions are ridiculously overpriced. 2 cotton candies =$32.00! $42.00 for a bubble wand. I ordered similar items on Amazon and gave them to the kids as we were walking in and they were just as thrilled!

    Making memories

by Sam on 3/19/24Ford Center - Evansville

My girls absolutely loved it all from the moment it started to the moment it ended! My favorite part was the end when all the different characters from other Disney movies came out.
