  • Not what I was expecting

by MelBar on 3/6/25Robinson Center - Little RockRating: 1 out of 5

I bought tickets as Christmas gifts for my daughters-in-law to have a special night out. We were expecting a live, stage show that reenacted the movie, with performers singing and dancing on stage. . What we got was a big screen showing of the movie, while a band played and : singers sang the songs along with the movie. The worst part was the obnoxious person, directly behind us, that not only sang every song loudly, but said every line of the movie. I could have saved money and showed the movie on my TV screen at home. Next time I’ll read the fine print and ask questions.

  • Concert

    by Acan146 on 3/1/25Robinson Center - Little RockRating: 1 out of 5

I guess I wasn't expecting just a band. I know the flyer said concert, however I didn't know I was paying to watch a movie and listen to the band. We left at intermission. I would have thought there would be SOME dancing on the stage..

  • Not what was expected, at the price point that was paid

by BNic on 2/27/25Robinson Center - Little RockRating: 2 out of 5

Was not aware when this event was 1st advertised that it was a movie. I would not have paid the ticket price to watch the movie. The experience would have been much better if the music would have been actually dancers. I enjoyed the time with my wife, but I definitely would not run to tell my neighbor you gotta go see this. I have learned a valuable lesson to look deeper into the events prior to.purchase.

  • So much fun! great concert!

by Cydney on 2/27/25Robinson Center - Little RockRating: 5 out of 5

We really enjoyed the Dirty Dancing in Concert show. There was a lot of joking and whoo-hooing and ogling Patrick Swayze and then booing the bad guy from the audience. The band and singers were great. The movie played on the big screen and the band played all the songs in time with the movie. As a huge fan of the movie I have watched it so many times over the years and seeing it in concert was special.

  • Not what I expected

by BH on 2/27/25Robinson Center - Little RockRating: 3 out of 5

I learned a very valuable lesson when it comes to attending stage performances. I did not read the description of the performance closely. I also found out that if it says "in concert"it means there is not really any acting, just the music. I rated it low because I found myself just watching a movie that I had seen several times and kind of forgot that there was a live band and singers. Kudos to them as they did such a job it seemed part of the movie itself.

  • Awesome experience!

by Steph on 2/23/25Rating: 5 out of 5

This was an absolutely amazing show! The band and singers were beyond expectations! The “after party” made the entire event. You could see how much these guys and ladies enjoyed playing, singing and dancing. I would DEFINITELY see them again live!

This was such a fun event to do with your favorite girlfriends! This movie is iconic and the live music was off the charts! Highly recommended this experience and I would definitely do another one like this one.

Didn't really know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. only criticism is, i didn't like them singing over the intimate conversations between Baby & Johnny.

  • Amazing!

Dirty Dancing has always been a favorite of mine. Once my daughter was introduced to the movie she was in love. We both had an amazing time. The best part was the dance party/sing-a-long. Such a fun experience!

by Sarah on 2/19/25Uihlein Hall Marcus Center - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

I had no idea what to expect when I bought these tickets. I went with 2 good friends and it was great! The movie on the big screen paired with the band and singers in costume was amazing. I would absolutely do a show like this again. So fun!

  • Simply Fantastic!!

by MJD on 2/19/25Uihlein Hall Marcus Center - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

I had never seen Dirty Dancing before, but it’s been my wife’s favorite movie since I’ve known her. I bought her two tickets to Dirty Dancing In Concert for Christmas, and we absolutely loved it! The band and singers performed each song from the movie concurrent to the movie playing on a ~20’ screen. What a way to experience Dirty Dancing for my first time! When the movie finished, the band played and sang every song from the movie in its entirety. They are awesome! What a great experience!

  • My husband and I had a GREAT time!

  • Very Disappointed!!!

by Diane B. on 2/18/25Brown County Music Center - NashvilleRating: 1 out of 5

This was nothing like I thought it would be. My sister and I basically sat and watched the movie, Dirty Dancing, and paid $275.00 (the cost of two tickets) to do so. We watched a movie that was not the clearest picture (kind of grainy). There was a band under the screen that played music to the movie and when it was over played more music and that was called a "concert". I really thought I would be watching a reenactment of the movie with dancers, actors, etc. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST!!! I understand why this is only played for one night in the cities it goes to. They have to play and then get the hell out. Save your money!!!

  • Unique, enjoyable experience

by Gretch on 2/18/25Brown County Music Center - NashvilleRating: 5 out of 5

An enjoyable and unique way to watch a movie I've seen dozens of times. Musicians and vocalists are talented and on point with the movie.

If it weren't for the people that I came with being so much fun I wouldn't have gotten much fun out of it.
