CocoRosie Tickets

I am so in love with this show at Luckman!! They sounded so amazing! I've seen them i think 4 or 5 times now and this one was the makeup for the show cancelled by Covid in 2020 so it's been FOREVER. The sisters just seemed in a good mood and happy and the sound was incredible!! If you've never seen them it is a must because the songs are SOOOOO much better in person! Takuya on piano/keyboards/trumpet is always amazing. He may be one of the coolest people on earth. And of course Tez was amazing as well. So cool all 4 of them were together again live. Great playlist! They played for almost 2 hours. Can't say enough!! I hope I get to see them again.

Ophelia's is the perfect venue for an artist like CocoRosie. The vibe they bring is immaculate and awe inspiring.

I love them! They are incredible singers and their show was amazing!

I had gone alone, with excitement and nervousness, having never seen them live, and having never been to 6th and I St Synagogue (which was an absolutely gorgeous and magnificent space). The moment they started... their angelic and powerful voices competely blew me away... I cried from beginning to end. The beat-boxing was incredibly powerful also... rattled to my core... the person on the keyboard was brilliant and amazing. CocoRosie-- these women...are a beautiful mix of dark, uplifting, deep soulful and mesmerizing inflluence. It brought up so much pain and heartache, and cleansed my soul... I will always and forever remember this experience. I will see them again. I love them. I love them. I love them! I have only seen them on youtube. I love how they made werewolf uplifting... as if in reflection of her growth and new attitude towards that experience. The whole thing from beginning to end was reflective, uplifting, sad... their voices are like streams of heaven cutting right into your gut and purifying your heart. The combination of electronic beats, beat-box, harp, flute-like instruments, it was all just perfect and brilliant. I am so glad I got out and went!! I will always remember this.

Opener literally apologized to the crowd, maybe she was having a bad night. But then the bad night seemed to continue with Cocorosie. I am a big fan of their music, but they didn't deliver live... The show was in a historic Synagogue which was cool, but didn't match their style.

I've never seen them live before, but WOW was I impressed! There's no trickery in their recordings - they just really sound like that! Their stage performance and energy was fantastic. Would definitely see them again!

I have seen bits and pieces of their shows on line and they always seem to be quite subdued. However Tuesday's show was far from subdued. They came with so much energy and completely blew the doors off the place! It was not what I was expecting from them at all and I was blown away by their performance and supporting members. Absolutely fantastic!!!

I went into this show not fully knowing what to expect in a live situation from this band. Less than a minute into the first song my jaw was agape with awe. These people are very talented. I come from a long history of live performance so I can attest to the fact that all of the sounds heard during this shoe were actually being performed by the Musicians at hand. There were no tricks or shortcuts. The performance was incredible and very moving. I might also add that this band is MUCH better in a live setting than on their recordings.

Yeah amazing show. Kembra opened who is a phenomenal performer - perfect way to start the evening. It wasn't a concert it was a show. A performance. The whole thing was something to be seen. Such a great experience!!
