My friend is a big fan of them and i went with her to keep her company. Little did i know I would come out a fan too!! They are like a ryoksop meets Gwen Stephanie. Totally something new and refreshing. Loved them!
I want to go to EVERY SINGLE concert that they will have EVER!!!! Now, to just win the lottery and get me a tour bus of my own to follow them in of course!!!! AMAZING!!! LIFE ALTERING!!!! SUPERB!!!! MESMERIZING!!!! TRANSCENDENTAL!!!!
amazing show. amazing crowd. amazing amazing amazing. great set
I love those girls frm their very beginning and used to see them in France. It seems like now they are just repeating themselves, it is so sad. I left before the end of the show. Bianca's voice was badly set, way to loud and irritating. The worst was the "visuals", an awful piece of white sheet in the back where was projected a bad video with the same loop of a b&w clown + a late retransmission of the two sisters singing and filmed from the worst angle with tiny cameras. Usually, the magic of Cocorosie lies in a kind of DIY but here we were riching the limits of ridiculousness. What the point of doing such visuals? Better do nothing! I've never been so desapointed by a Cocorosie show.
Amazing! Great venue, great atmosphere, great band!
I have liked CocoRosie for several years now, and have seen them before. I have always been a fan of their live shows because they are so creative and not like anything else out there. The show I recently saw at Webster Hall was a little sad. They both seemed tired, and like they didn't want to be there. The vibe was a little bit depressing - as opposed to exciting and creative. I don't think I will want to see them anytime soon live...
Music was great, wardrobe super original, visuals were incredible, their voices, instruments, their stage presence and tha amazing musicians and "human beat box"..all of it was truly something worth seeing.
I MUST see them again!! their performance was beyond amazing.
I've loved CocoRosie for many years and it was very worth it to finally see them live. Amazing energy and beautiful music! I LOVED the show and can't wait to see them again.
IT WAS A GREAT MAGICAL SHOW. LOVED IT! NEVER BEEN TO A PERFORMANCE SUCH AS THEIRS. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THEM AGAIN SOON. THE MUSIC WAS BEAUTIFUL!
A most amazing, musical, and emotionally filled show that reaches out to you in creative splendor and simplicity. Different from their previous work, yet with the same high energy and limitless talent that sets these two sisters and their musical companions apart from the media produced, so called, pop artist that are pushed into our faces and ears. The venue, however, had much to be desired. Unlike their venues in San Francisco and Santa Cruz, where the audience can let the music wash over them while being allowed to stand and move, the seated LA venues, just don't cut it. Bottom Line: Great Concert - Bad Venue
Awesome show! First time at the Luckman and it was really nice. Super comfy seats too. Cocorosie was amazing as always!! They are so talented and are better live than on their albums. Also I love when they perform with Tez!! He is very talented as well
Unparalleled, both musically and aesthetically. I'm still in awe.
Hands down best concert ive ever been to. They were better live than on itunes. great visuals . mezmerized!
Two Words: WoW! They blew my mind and their music rocked my soul. Love those girls and the band was pretty good too.
I can't recommend CocoRosie enough. Both Sierra and Bianca are a-mazingly talented. The pipes on Bianca, my god! And they're such natural performers, there's no weird artifice, just artists truly sharing. I've never seen them before live but I would make a special trip to see them again in the future for sure. Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!
Absolutely stunning performance. Great, intimate and professional space!
One of the greatest show I had this year ! Unique music, pure performance ! But I think they should go to a better unseat theatre ! Because everyone who listen their music just wanna dancing !!! Awesome !
I've seen a lot of musical performances, and CocoRosie by far- is the most unique, artistic, dynamic band on stage. With their eclectic, colorful stage performance, mixed with a highly intense, dramatic presence- they put you in a trance! I was incredibly pleased with their natural talent (better than their albums!); everything was orchestrated and played out beautifully! Even if you're not a huge fan, you're in for an amazing show if you like to be entertained!
