  • September Races never disappoint

by Running for Dollars on 9/25/23Churchill Downs - LouisvilleRating: 5 out of 5

September races are terrific. No crowds. Fun day. The only improvement would be better descriptions and visuals of seating options. And if food is included or not.

  • Expensive place

by Jrose on 9/23/23Churchill Downs - LouisvilleRating: 3 out of 5

The races were fun but the refreshments are crazy expensive

Beautiful, fun time with family and friends watching and betting on the ponies. Great food, nice drinks and mine was free because this time I 🏆WON 🥳

  • Super fun Kentucky experience

    by Pattie L on 9/19/23Churchill Downs - LouisvilleRating: 5 out of 5

1st time at a horse race, betting, etc. How fun and exciting! Went to the Derby Museum and took the track tour first. Amazing history made it even more fun. Loved the programs that explained everything. Fantastic staff at the derby and facility is kept up so well. Loved the whole experience.

  • Churchill Downs Amazing!

by Cindy on 9/18/23Churchill Downs - LouisvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Went to the fall races at Churchill Downs and had an amazing time. Was my first experience on betting on the horses. The staff was so kind and patient at explaining the process. We also took the stable tour that was offered by the Kentucky Derby museum. The museum was awesome. Also can recommend the Brown Hotel (circa 1923) as a great place for accommodations. The ticket process via Ticketmaster was flawless. We will be visiting Louisville again.

  • Goosebumps!

    by LB4SPURS on 10/4/22Churchill Downs - LouisvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Churchill Downs was our last stop before home on a 3500 mile roadtrip. Being somewhat of a horse race fan, I got chills at this place, knowing the history behind it. All personnel there were extremely nice and helpful. I will now have a greater appreciation watching the Kentucky Derby, having roamed the grounds. If you're ever in the area, GO!

  • Day t Churchill Downs

All good. Millionaires Row Dining Room is first class all the way. Plenty of TVs or go on to the balcony. Muriel’s windows right in the room. Thanks!

  • Super Fun Experience

by Katlyn on 9/28/22Churchill Downs - LouisvilleRating: 5 out of 5

We had such a fun time here! So cool to learn about the history of this track. The races were enjoyable. We didn't know that there would be so much time in between races, so we got some drinks, and watched the horse showings. Super fun!

Great experience, plan for a whole day to take a tour, visit the museum, watch the 360 movie and attend the races. Backyard barn tour was awesome

  • Very Nice!!

    by C. K. on 9/25/22Churchill Downs - LouisvilleRating: 5 out of 5

We took the Barn and Backyard Tour which was very informative. We stayed to watch some the horse races which were A LOT of fun. Beautiful facility.

  • Why purchase a reserved seat?

by Joe on 9/25/22Churchill Downs - LouisvilleRating: 2 out of 5

No ushers or control of reserved seating areas allowed others to congregate in aisles, blocking the views of those who purchased seats.

  • Always fun times!

by Mimi on 9/25/22Churchill Downs - LouisvilleRating: 5 out of 5

It was good music, fun races, too few food trucks tho.

  • Have had better times...

by KT on 9/21/22Churchill Downs - LouisvilleRating: 3 out of 5

We went to the track and had a reserved table in the Millionaires Row suite. The personnel were great, as always. But the food was pretty subpar. The "hot" food in the buffet chafers was cold and the desserts were barely thawed. The salads were decent. We've been to this suite several times and with each successive trip the food got worse. Still prefer the atmosphere but will consider getting a hot dog in the future before going to the suite.

  • Racing

by Gracie on 9/18/22Churchill Downs - LouisvilleRating: 5 out of 5

It was so much fun. Everyone at the wager booths are so friendly and it’s exciting watching the horses leave the gate and race. The wager can be a small amount so anyone can enjoy the fun of Beting. It was also easy and free to park in the parking lot. They have a nice gift store on location as well.

  • Awesome time at church Hill downs

by Jeff on 9/18/22Churchill Downs - LouisvilleRating: 5 out of 5

What a great experience. People , vendors, food trucks (especially Good Belly_KY) and horses were exceptional! If we lived there we would go evey Thursday.

  • Love it.

Church hill downs is beautiful. We had a great time

  • Fun night of racing.

by KKEquine on 10/3/21Churchill Downs - LouisvilleRating: 5 out of 5

I was able to get great seats using the seating chart. Making bets was fun and did not break the bank. There were plenty of food choices and having the food trucks by the paddock area was great. The racing was exciting and everyone had a great time!

  • Disappointing

by Chris on 10/3/21Churchill Downs - LouisvilleRating: 2 out of 5

While it was a beautiful night, it was very disappointing that there were only two food trucks as dining options. Also, smoking is allowed in the facility. Come on CD. Up your game.

  • Family Fun

by Drea on 9/29/21Churchill Downs - LouisvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Took our teenage and adult daughters to Churchill Downs for the first time and had a blast! My husband and I had never been either. Our seats were great and affordable! We will definitely be back to bring our other children.
