Churchill Downs was super. Museum was awesome.Ticketmaster - not. We had bought tickets for reserved seats and to visit museum. No one could find out museum tickets. Got different stories from employees. Finally I found I had a print out that I had paid for them. All employees were super nice and tried their best to help. Frustrated with ticket master!
Had a great time on our trip to Louisville, Kentucky.
if you haven't been you need to go. outstanding staff and great hospitality. Kentucky knows how to throw a party.
1st visit had a good time. I was not familiar with how to bet. Employees at wager windows were not very friendly or helpful. overall a good experience though.
Bucket list trip for me and it surpassed my dreams. The nicest staff I have ever met at any venue.

Had a great time taking my Grandson for the first time and he could place his own bets. Food was good and the service was exceptional. Waiting for the next time to take my grandkids. Getting them hooked on horse racing in style.
Our day at the Churchill Downs Rose Room was very fun. Clean and well organized seating areas. Good food and service. We will be returning again.
Myself and a friend attended Downs after dark and it was an amazing experience. We had seats by the finish line and the view was unforgettable.
Dusty boxes. They promote app and Twin Spires app for betting (which is great), but they do not offer any place to charge your phone! Had a difficult time finding how to get to our seats. We did find the guard stamping our hands to let us into our section, but after that we were on our own.
It was a beautiful evening, so the track and the view were awesome! The buffet food was great. Drinks were reasonable. Service a little bit slow, but very friendly and helpful. All-in-all, a very enjoyable evening. Good value at $38 for seating in Millionaire's Row.
I had a great time at the races. Churchill Downs is a beautiful place. I did the package which included the Buffet and in the Terrace setting. The people at Churchill Downs were so helpful and polite. Always available with great service that provided a great atmosphere and a perfect experience for a first time visitor.
Met new friends and learned a trick or Two sitting in the Turf Club. Churchill Downs delivers a fantastic time on any level but the view, food and company is very fun at the club.
The event was well organized and fun for the whole family. The pricing can't be beat. All activities were included and there was so many things to do! My 19 month old enjoyed her day very much and we would recommend this went to other families.
