About

Bluesy singer/songwriter Bonnie Raitt has worked long and hard for her multiple Grammy Awards, hit singles and chart-topping records. Since her 1971 eponymous debut, the California-born performer and long-time activist has steadily maintained a music career, albeit with definite peaks and valleys. The red-headed songstress, one of the only women of her time to play guitar using the bottleneck technique, unleashed seven albums in just nine years, though her big commercial break came with her 10th studio set, 1989’s “Nick of Time.” That 11-track collection, produced by Don Was, earned three Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year.

Not only has the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer tackled multiple U.S. tours and international runs, but she’s also a frequent participant in events of social activism, such as Farm Aid and Amnesty International concerts.

Raitt’s 16th full-length album and most recent studio release, “Slipstream,” hit retailers in 2012. Not only did ticket sales for the support tour soar, but Raitt also landed the best-selling blues album of the year and took home the Grammy for Best Americana Album.

Bonnie was phenomenal! In fact, I think she may even sound better in concert than her recordings. Her voice just keeps getting better, and she has great rapport with the audience. Very, very enjoyable. Nice venue with easy access and exit. Keep bringing in talented artists like Bonnie Raitt and we will definitely return.

  • A Fabulous Evening

Bonnie Raitt is magnificent. And Jimmie Vaughn was a great complimentary act. The venue is great as well. Altogether a truly enjoyable evening

  • Bonnie is an American Treasure

by Toozman on 9/8/25Rating: 5 out of 5

Bonnie Raitt at the Rose Music Center in Huber Heights, Ohio was a perfect concert. Jimmy Vaughan & The Tilt-a-Whirl-Band were simply fantastic as an opening act…top 5 opening acts we’ve seen in 50+ years of concert going. We even met a couple of the guys in the horn section after the show…told them how good they were and how much we enjoyed them. They were so gracious. As for Bonnie, who my wife & I have seen 10 times in our lifetime, was simply FANTASTIC. Her ability to connect with the crowd is second to none…so kind, so gracious, so grateful and so genuinely willing to give credit to her band mates. She has always been like that. I swear, her voice is still studio quality…her vocals were easily understood and so pure. The show was at a great venue on a perfect evening to sit and watch greatness!!!

  • Wonderfully AMAZING concert!

Bonnie Raitt speaks to my soul. She is an amazing performer! Her sincerity comes through in her songs and dialogue with the audience. I left there feeling like I wished I could go have coffee with her. I just can't get enough of her.

First class from parking, to VIP access and realy good seats for music that was special both Jimmy V. and Bonnie. Straight from the heart.

Bonnie Raitt is always great! Jimmy Vaughn and the Tilt-a-whirl band was a great opener!!!

  • Those around me?

by Band on 9/6/25Broadview Stage at SPAC - Saratoga SpringsRating: 4 out of 5

The show was all I expected and more, however those in seats behind us where there to party. They yelled back and forth to each other most of the show, and they took pictures with flashes several times. My next show will be a smaller venue with people there to enjoy a top notch show!

  • Don't forget your wallet!!!

by Jazzijo on 9/6/25Broadview Stage at SPAC - Saratoga SpringsRating: 3 out of 5

While Bonnie Raitt and Jimmy Vaughn and their band's performances were 5 stars, I can't help but to knock the venue for over charging and taking advantage of patrons. Paying $40 for premiere parking wasn't necessary as the $10 parking was basically in the same lot. Very deceiving for those who have never been to SPAC. Alcoholic beverages were ridiculously priced. Rental chairs only. What has happened to the laid back vibe? Very disappointing.

Bonnie Raitt was as great in 2025 as she was in the 1970s! Her music, her voice, her band, her ability to talk to the crowd is all spectacular!

Bonnie and Band were excellent and Jimmy Vaughn the same! Evening was almost ruined by the couple seated behind us who talked most all the performance they were very rude and selfish

  • Bonnie is as good as ever!

by DJ on 9/6/25Broadview Stage at SPAC - Saratoga SpringsRating: 5 out of 5

I've been going to Bonnie Raitt concerts since the 70's. I'm not a groupie, but take advantage of opportunities to see her when practical. This is the first time I've seen her in 5 years and was stunned to see (and hear) that she is as good as ever. Her voice is sharp, her range is amazing, and that girl sure can play guitar. She clearly loves to perform and loves the audience. Fantastic show.

  • Unbelievable… after 40 years!

by Mark B on 9/6/25Broadview Stage at SPAC - Saratoga SpringsRating: 5 out of 5

She is simply the best… all the band, her singing and guitar, also she really knows that you must have your seat down for everyone to see! And no pictures until the end of this show! But everything is just great! And still she has a really beautiful voice!

  • Great venue. Great Bonnie

by Bobyank7 on 9/6/25Broadview Stage at SPAC - Saratoga SpringsRating: 5 out of 5

Bonnie’s was her usual terrific self. And the SPAC venue is one of the best to see a show.
