The concession lines were too long! How about some healthy food choices? Wish there were more bleachers for the general public-No special passes needed for them. The shuttles worked nicely on the last day. Thanks for adding extra buses.
My experience was fantastic !! I like the feeling of professionalism that Medinah delivers and a person feels like an equal, because I will never be able to be there on a regular basis. I have a friend/associate whom has parents that have belonged there forever and she speaks highly of Medinah every time that she brings it into the conversation, but in a calm sort-of-cool way that is not above anyone person. When BMW puts their decorative talents to work it turns out even "better" and I mean "better." I was really impressed and Thank You BMW Thank You.
One of the best sporting events I have ever been too!
Seeing the current top 70 golfers on a legendary course like Medinah was terrific! We bought Trophy Club tickets for the final round on Sunday and the facilities in the Trophy Club were good but the view of the golf was disappointing so we didn't watch any golf from there other than on the video screens inside. The lines at the concessions were longer than they needed to be because the service at the concessions was disorganized.
What an amazing day. I took my family to watch the 4th round of the FedEx BMW Pro Golf Tournament at Medinah Country Club. From the parking lot and back it was so professionally done. The course and walkways were in great shape even after 4+ days of crowds and rain. All the Tents, Washrooms and temporary buildings were clean and done with class. The service folks were happy and friendly even on the last day of a long week. This was my first experience with an event like this and I would do it again. The Trophy Room upgrade was perfect, a great place to sit down and have some food with a little air conditioning to cool you off. We are planning to go to the Ryder Cup next year.
The weather was a bit scary when we arrived due to an earlier storm. The times were pushed back but that had no effect on the crowd. Medinah provided a comfortable environment with many amenities. The viewing areas were accommodating to all. The course is unbelievable and we just enjoyed the day immensely. We will be back next year!
Medinah was beautiful and everything went flawlessly! Got very lucky we were told about the secret entrance to ditch the lines and never had to wait in traffic to leave!
As always, the PGA, BMW and Medinah did a great job hosting the event. Specific to the Medinah Country Club, there could of been more restrooms. As it relates to the PGA, there could of been more video scoreboards and souvenir inventory. Other than that, can't wait until Medinah host another PGA event in the future.
What a fantastic day at Medinah Country Club, had the best time of my life. An honor to see the top golfers from around the world play for the Fed EX Cup. Phil Mickelson even gave me one of his tees on the first hole before teeing off. The food was good and was not that expensive and the people and players were wonderful. If your a golfer or just love to watch the sport, I highly recommend going to a tournament in your area. Will go again!!
Enjoyable event, great merchandise tent. Food was good. Would change my seating next time.
Overall a great experience, except the 1/2 hour bus ride to and from parking.

Good event. Trophy club tent a waste and not well positioned on course. Was on 18th hole fairway with no view of green or tee box. Location not mentioned on website when buying tickets. Hopefully will be better at Olympia fields.
Saw Mr Eldrick Woods. 5 stars. Go see him whenever possible.
Medinah is awesome. Professional golf is as well. The Trophy Club was a waste of time and money. Bad views of 18 green, messiness, uncleanliness, long lines, no seating, bad food. I would never do it again.
The transportation to and from the golf was portly managed but the rest of the event was great!
My husband brought our grandson who is on the golf team at Aurora Central Catholic High School. Sat in the stands by the 18th hole. My grandson enjoyed themselves seeing the pros and getting autographs.
BMW didn’t give owners a hat this year. Players didn’t bother to high five the kids. Parking was far and they didn’t wash our cars. So disappointing!
Why do I need to pay $20 to park 10 miles away from the venue, wait for 1,500 others to board a single bus at the pick up location and ride 30 minutes to a golf tournament Upon exiting EVEN WORSE no bathrooms at least 20 busses of people waiting to get on busses that were not there waiting to take people away from the venue at the end of the tournament. Was it a surprise that everybody was going to leave after golf was finished ? Medinah and the PGA (USGA) really flopped on this one
Good experience, great atmosphere and awesome golf. Only (slight) downside was the shuttle/bus service from the parking lot to the golf course (and back). Many more people than the transportation planned for during the peak hour
