DICK'S Open Tickets

Great time down in Southern Tier to watch final round of PGA Champions Tour Dick's Sporting Goods...tremendous venue, great golf and fan interaction

Overall, the venue is beautiful. Plenty of volunteers, food, fun things to do. There are two things I have a major problem with. We were on the grounds since 3 p.m. on Friday and were spectators on the 9th and 18th holes. We then stayed for the Maroon 5 concert. The temperature was in the 90's and very hot and humid all day. After the concert started, we were not allow to leave and return to the area, because we were sitting on the lawn area, next to the grandstands and therefore did not have a wristband. Earlier in the day we were allow to leave the area and given a card for re-entry. We were not allowed to leave to purchase drinks and/or use the rest rooms! This is ABSOLUTELY OBSURD! We were dehydrated! My husband went over alongside the bar in the stands, but they said they were not allowed to serve him, since we did not have a wristband! Why didn't you have provisions for those of us who paid money for tickets and purchased food and drinks all day up until the concert. So we had the choice of staying dehydrated or leaving without seeing the concert. This should be rectified and I would expect a reply. Thank you,

En-Joie did a fabulous job with the 2024 Dick's Open. All avenues receive 5 stars; customer service, volunteers, food service, golfers, caddies, entertainment!

The 2024 Dick's Open was a fabulous experience for us! En-Joie's grounds looked amazing, groomed beautifully. Shout out to the volunteers who worked diligently in the high temps to provide great customer service. We really enjoyed Luke Bryan live! And, the players were professional and entertaining throughout the competition. Overall, a super event!

I've been attending for years and each time there's something new to look forward to. Having the opportunity to see world class golfers in the same day as a fantastic concert like Blake Shelton, Keith Urban, Old Dominion, or Zac Brown Band always feels like a once in a lifetime opportunity!

The tournament was fun to watch, and the food was good. The only issue was I prepaid for parking on Ticketmaster, but there weren’t any signs for tournament parking and none of the employees knew where the parking lot was. We drove to players parking, valet parking, and three gates before someone kind of knew were it was.

Enjoyed the golf tournament very much. Great venue.

We have gone for several years and this show was the best picture quality and sound quality yet! Keith did a great job getting the audience involved. His music sound was very high quality for an outdoor show. Definitely will go next year!
