BMW Championship Tickets

My family and I had a great time! Hope to Attend another BMW championship

first of all the parking was a mess at the college. i parked near the first bus expecting to be the first one on no! the loaded from the back, single file took too long. get to the course on saturday, i understand the rain was a problem. 15 minutes line at least at every port a potty. want something to eat? have to wait at least 30 minutes, not good. i purchased the trophy club tickets expecting to have better service, forget about it. 45 minutes to get drinks and they didnt have the beer that i wanted. then another 45 minutes to get food . i started following rickie fowler on the first hole, i left him after the 6th hole and didn't catch up to him after a bath room food and drink wait til the 14th hole. i wasted a lot of time . poorly organized never again on a saturday

We spent $400 on Trophy Club tickets. The weather was awful, the course under water. Lines for food and drink were slow. Others told us not even to bother waiting on line as they waited over 30 minutes only to have the concession run out of what they were waiting for. There were so many people in the trophy club that we never got to enjoy any of the perks that went with the ticket price. We would have been better off staying home and watching on TV.

Everything about the BMW was terrific except the bus transportation. Great course, plenty of room for spectators, volunteers were friendly and helpful. Sadly, the bus transportation was poorly executed. Long waits in long lines at the parking lot. It was 90+ degrees and many of the buses were school buses with no AC.

The BMW championship was my first live golf event I’ve been to. I had tickets for both the Saturday and Sunday round. The Saturday round was awesome, I couldn’t believe how close I was getting to players and how amazing it was seeing them play. I would definitely recommend seeing a live event when any golf fan can. The only thing I was unhappy with was that the Sunday round got cancelled and moved to Monday and I was unable to get my money back for the ticket I had. I was unable to go to the Monday round due to work but I bought the ticket for Sunday when I could go, so you would think a refund would be appropriate but I couldn’t get one.

Great event - transportation was lacking, difficult to get to and from the course.

Golf course was great but not enough concessions to bathrooms. Concessions were limited with selection and out of food on Saturday

Saturday's BMW championship at Aronomink was a mixed bag of awesome players, fabulous golf, a beautiful (albeit swampy) golf course, but poor oversight and planning for spectators. We took a bus from Oaks to the course after waiting for almost an hour for the first bus to arrive, which was after the gates had already opened at Aronomink. Then the bus almost did not get us there, as there was something wrong with the engine or the belts. One person said we should walk the rest of the way to the course, while another said we should get out and push. Once there, we found that there were not nearly enough concession stands on the course, or job johnnies. We concluded that Aronomink - or some Philly course - should definitely be on the PGA circuit, but either Aronomink or the PGA was not ready for all the people who showed up, even in foul weather.

The event was awesome; however, navigating around the golf course was impossible. It wasn't so much the fact that it had rained, but there were was no course layout to be found. This we found to be a little frustrating. They kept explaining that it was because of the last minute changes; but I think they still could have at least had a course layout so that you could walk around and find the various golf holes

Although the weather was a little wet and walking around got my shoes muddy, I enjoyed the golf I saw with 50, 000 plus fans who wore their Eagles garb proudly and cheered on Tiger and the American golfers to the demise of their European competitors. Very enjoyable.

Hands down first class event. Even with the rain the people and volunteers were outstanding.

The Trophy Club at the 14th hole of Aronimink was a great place to watch the best golfers in the world.

I loved this tournament. Beautiful golf course! Wonderful volunteers!

The course was too small to hold the amount of spectators that attended. I felt like the whole time I was either waiting in line to move around the course or standing in crowds of people. If PGA events are hosted at Aronimink in the future, they need to cap the attendance at a much lower number to make it enjoyable for all attending. I’ve been to other PGA courses/tournaments (i.e. Quail Hollow) and never have felt the overwhelming crowds of people like I experienced at Aronimink.

Set up was terrible. Had a ticket for the trophy tent. It was an hour for concessions. You could barely walk. Waste of money. Terrible job USA. Oversold

Bad parking, bad concessions, and the course was poorly organized.

The venue and the golf was great but from a concession stand, food and merchandise it was the worst PGA event I ever attended and I have been to many PGA events. Stood in line at concession for over an hour and then they had no food. The lines in the Trophy Club were even worse. They obviously did not plan for the Saturday crowd. And the Merchandise tent line was so long we never got in.

Great event. We really enjoyed our day on Saturday. No problems parking, entering was easy. Leaving was a little hectic, but staying to the end it was nothing I didn’t expect.

I was disappointed that the Special BMW parking lotvwas so far from the course --- 30 minutes. Also, the BMW Experience tent didn't offer food at a reduced price compared with prices of sane item at the Concession Stands throughout the course.

The rain really messed up the experience I feel for the price of the ticket bmw could have had some better solutions around the mud and Also somewhat unorganized from a sign standpoint not many customer services centric people offering help or directions.
