Sting is a 17-time Grammy-winning artist and a founding member of the pioneering new wave band The Police. Born in Wallsend, England, Gordon Sumner, a.k.a. Sting, became one of the best-selling artists of all-time as the bassist and frontman of The Police. The band released five studio albums and six Top 10 singles, including the Sting-penned No. 1 hit “Every Breath You Take,” before disbanding in 1986. The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2003, and their 2008 reunion tour was the third highest-grossing tour of the ’00s. Since releasing his 1985 solo debut The Dream of the Blue Turtles, Sting has been recognized with a British CBE and an Emmy, featured at the Kennedy Center Honors and inducted to the Songwriters Hall of Fame. He has also received four Oscar nominations, and his 2014 Broadway musical The Last Ship, which was inspired by his childhood and featured music and lyrics by Sting, was nominated for two Tony Awards. A constant experimenter of genres including jazz, pop, classical and world music, Sting won the Grammy for Best Reggae Album in 2019 with Shaggy for their 2018 collaborative album 44/876.

Sting’s 2025 North American tour began on May 19 at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado.

    This was the best concert I have been to since The Police back in the 80's. Nice venue, no crowding, short wait for the t-shirt booth. Fantastic sound to hear every word Sting sang. Bravo to Sting and the sound team. Strobe lights were for 1 song, which were too bright for my sensitive eyes. Hard Rock Casino allows smoking, fyi, But the wait was short to get into the theatre, which did not have smoking. HRC staff were super nice.

    I definitely enjoy attending concerts at the Gary Hard Rock Casino. The venue is world class and the staff is excellent. Thanks Sting for visiting Gary, Indiana and giving us a 5 star performance. The songs took me through memory lane. Enjoyed the drummer and guitarist who performed with Sting. They started on time and even came back for an encore. The music, songs and performance was all on point. What a wonderful time.

    What a treat to see such a seasoned performer. Enjoyed his chats with us before some songs and his ease with the crowd. The Auditorium is a beautiful theater. Seats (orchestra) were great. Plenty of difference in heights between seats so never had a dead in front me, blocking my view. The sound was great. Terrific night.

    The Auditorium theater is a nice venue. The sound is very good and it's a smaller venue. The lower level seats are great!

    When you anticipate seeing a Sting show, you anticipate excellence. You won't be disappointed. He still has the voice, had a perfect setlist and had excellent musicians on stage with him. He even did his homework in knowing that Bethlehem was a steel town. The best concert I've been to in years. Thanks Sting!

    Awesome 3 pieces, played for about an hour and 45 mins. For 3 pieces, they sounded great. Nice to see him getting it done at 74!
