I took my fiancee to this play as her Christmas gift. She loved it! We had a great time, the play was fun and the ASU Gammage is a very nice venue. Seats had a great view for a reasonable price. I highly recommend the venue and the play!

The play was wonderful. My wife and two daughters enjoyed it very much. It was a Christmas present to my daughters. I'm looking forward to our next outing at Gammage. Also the ticket price were very good. should offer more discounts might be able to go a few times a year.

Annie the movie was always a hit w my daughter, the play was even more so! The music was great, the scenes were not too long or boring and there was humor added in the mix. I would recommend this show to parents of children around 7-14 years old. Oh and they will love seeing Sandy, he seemed to be a big hit with the kids.

It's amazing how talented little girls can be. My daughter is 7 and loved almost every minute. The show was exciting, but seemed a bit over rehearsed. Maybe it was because of the kids and the dog. It was very entertaining. Lighting and sound were fantastic and the music was wonderful.

  • Very Good Production

by CamQ on 1/4/10Toby's Dinner Theatre Columbia - ColumbiaRating: 4 out of 5

For a local dinner theatre, the production was really good. The young lady who played Annie was phenomenal not to mention a few of the other leading characters. A great time for children and families

  • Annie was a good time

by mommychick on 1/4/10ASU Gammage - TempeRating: 4 out of 5

The performance of Annie was outstanding and very in keeping with the movie. The actress who played Ms. Hannigan, while no Carol Burnett, stole the show. The actress who played Annie has a fantastic voice. Overall, a good time albeit a little long for children under 9 or 10.

Annie has always been a favorite. I took my three year old boy to his first live performance. He was enthralled...as was I! It was spectacular. Loved every minute of it.

  • Annie...G0!

It was such a great family experience. The little girl who played Annie has an amazing voice, as does "Daddy Warbucks". And, "Mrs. Hannigan" is over the top, perfect for the part! Loved the "Tomorrow" sing along! Definitely, wonderful experience for my little girl (8 yrs.) & for me!

  • Very good

I really liked this play and so did my 8 year old. The only thing I didn't like was that there were some songs in it that I didn't recognize from Annie.

This was my first time going to a play since I was in High School. I loved every second of it! I would LOVE to see Annie again!

  • Disappointing

    by achen1688 on 1/3/10ASU Gammage - TempeRating: 2 out of 5

Annie (Madison Kerth) was a disappointment. Her voice was weak and she didn't seem to fit the role that well. I was impressed w/ Molly (Mackenzie Aladjem) and Grace Farrell (Traci Bair). Miss Hannigan (Lynn Andrews) was inconsistent - at times her voice was good. The movies (1982 and 1999) were both superior to this production.

It was very good, and it was the first time we have been to the Gammage. Well worth it.

  • Oh, those voices!

by Lanasnana on 1/3/10ASU Gammage - TempeRating: 5 out of 5

Every little girl ( & we "big" girls) has to see ANNIE at least once in their lifetime. Those little girls singing with their beautiful voices & dancing! I took my 6 year old granddaughter & now she wants to sing & dance like "Annie"! :D

  • Annie the Musical was terrific!

My husband and I brought my 5 and 8 year old daughters to see this show. It was great. The vocals were all amazing! The show was fun and emotional. I was especially impressed by the actresses who played Annie and the orphans. Great show.
