Absolutely wonderful show! The talent was just outstanding!! My niece and I enjoyed the show very much!!
I took my daughter to see Annie at the Count Basie Theatre on Sunday, April 22nd. The show from start to finish was amazing. I loved the movie from the early 80s, and the play closely mirrored the movie that I love and remember. In fact, the play was even better than the movie. My 7 year-old and I had a memorable day, and we will be back to Count Basie Theatre to see more shows. Furthermore, I will keep an eye out to see when Phoenix Productions, whose actors starred in the production of Annie we saw, will be doing more shows. The children and adults who were a part of Annie were all great.
I have never seen a community theater put on such a professional performance. The singing voices were outstanding. Kendall Thorner has a long acting career ahead of her. She was awesome. I could listen to Daddy Warbucks sing all day. Thoroughly enjoyable performance.
A great play, professionally orchestrated with a cast that is unforgettable.
This production featured terrific performances, excellent sets, and the venue is one of my favorite.
Hard to believe we were watching a "community theater" production at this show. Everything was fantastic from the talent to the orchestra. Bravo! Bravo!
Incredible show, the quality of the production blew me away.
This was my first time to this theater and it was easy to get to, parking was a breeze and will call was fast. The show more than exceeds my expectations. The actors were all really good with both leads being amazing. Ms hannigan was the best and really made this show special.
They were spectacular from the first scene to the last. The young lady playing the woman at the orphanage was wonderful. I know she will be a star soon. I am so impressed by these kids. WOWWWWW. Never heard of the school, but now I wish my daughter could attend there. I am a Broward county school teacher. I had 2 ten year old kids with me and 2 adults and we ALL LOVED it. My daughter was the first to stand in the end and give a standing ovation, everyone followed her. We went on Saturday night. Never new high school kids were sooo talented. I mean these kids were AWESOME!!!!
The play was nicely done and a joy to watch from beginning to end. I took my 6 year old daughter who loves "Annie" and she had exvitement in her eyes the whole time. Great singing by all.
This play was awesome they did an amazing job with everything
Amazing show had fun hope to see more soon!the kids have a lot of talent felt like broadway performance!
This show was amazing! The acting, singing, music & props were beyond expectations! Very hard to believe this was a high school production!!
Annie is one of mine and my daughters favorite movies. We've watched all versions of the film. We were both very excited to go watch the performance but when it started and I heard the first foul word out of Mr Warbucks mouth, I was very bothered. This is a movie/performance that we love dearly and it was ruined by foul language that is not in the film. This was an excellent performance but I was very displeased by this.
Very entertaining! I would definitely go see it again!! All of the cast did a wonderful job! I really loved watching the kids! They were incredible!
Great production. The girls were incredible. I heard lots of emotion from the audience at the end.
Such a great show with so much talent! I had so much fun and would definitely recommend the show!
This was a beautiful show with perfect characters, music and we absolutely loved it! Perfectly done! Would recommend to everyone! You will not be disappointed. 5 Stars all the way!
I can not say enough about this play! It was AMAZING! They cast brought to life my favorite movie ever! BRAVO!!!!!
All of the characters in Annie were on point with their scenes in the play and had our eyes glued to the stage.
