Aspiring musicians, singers, dancers, comedians, rappers and spoken word artists try their best to please the audiences that can make them an Apollo Legend. Get ready to cheer or jeer as you decide who stays and who gets booted off stage. At Amateur Night, you tell the performers to be good or be gone!

Amateur Night at the Apollo is hosted by the comedian Capone. Each show begins with a festive pre-party featuring video and music by DJ Jess. Also, keep a lookout for master impressionist C.P. Lacey, the resident Executioner who sweeps bad talent off the stage.

    All in all a nice experience. It would have been nice if there was a bit more variety in the style of the canditates. And it was really really loud. There were times where I literally had to cover my ears.

    The entire show was phenomenal. But more than that you can honestly say that you get 5 shows in 1! The Pre-show w/ Reginald, Comedian Capone, the amateur performers, AND the DJ during intermission! The historic theater, and all that goes with it. Amazing, Amazing 👏

    The announcer, the musicians the participants were all great I would say if one thing that could've been done and made possible, it would be pretty the performers do 2 songs that gives us a better over view of the talents they have some can be strong in one type of song, but to let them come back with something different, would certainly make the voting so much better and fairer for the competitors.

    Quick, Call the Doctor

    Patient is close to death. This was quite possibly the "thinnest" talent show I have ever seen. I guess all the talent is on TikTok and Instagram. Sat through so much filler I almost fell asleep. Not much effort from the producers. I don 't see how this show can go on.
