Beautifully done. The sound of Cantus brings tears to my eyes.

fabulous, highly recommended. very moving and touching, suburb way to dial back the craziness of christmas and seek the real meaning. cants superb!!! run , don't walk to see this show.

Cantus is excellent, but, unfortunately, very few of the songs are performed without interruption by the speakers. Also, there is never a break in the singing/speaking. A moment or two of silence between the sections of the play would be beneficial. After several of the more moving musical pieces, the jarring voice of one of the speakers comes in immediately or even before the song fully ends.

This was perhaps the best show I've ever attended. Brilliantly designed, moving, beautifully sung and acted. A wonderful Christmas and humanity message.

We had seen All is Calm previously, we took good friends to a performance in Dec. 2013. Both guests and we were so taken with the combination of the texts and of the a Capella music. A fabulous experience for both the "veterans" and the "rookies." We anticipate more opportunities to welcome friends into an unusual but rewarding Christmas experience.

Great show. We go every year and have now seen it five time. We invite different friends each year to introduce them to All Is Calm and Cantus.

All is Calm was an unbelievable evening for my family! It moved us to tears, made us laugh and realize people are the same the world over. May there be peace on earth in my lifetime.

Brilliant concept and execution. Enjoyed by all in our group of six, youngest 18. Entirely musical, which was a surprise, but pleasant.

We loved it! Cantus was perfect and the narrators were excellent! We'd highly recommend it and will probably go again next year.

The show was exactly in accordance with the spirit of Christmas. It commemorates an event that should never be forgotten. The director has done a wonderful job recreating the environment. It was very authentic. The music was amazing and it moved me to tears at the end of the show. It is a great show promoting peace and discouraging war.

All is Calm is a waste of money! This certainly is not a play, it's a musical. All they did was sing, no acting, nothing! As for the props they didn't spend much there either a few old pallets and a couple of apple boxes. What a waste!

I recommend this production to everyone, everywhere. It was an amazing evening and we hated to see it end.

All is Calm was incredibly moving, incredibly powerful and the singing by Cantus was amazing. What a beautiful story set to beautiful music. I loved the reading of the letters etc. as well. Knowing they were written by the soldiers that were there was like hearing history come alive.

Cantus was great as usual but I am a diehard fan. I've never been disappointed. The actors who accompanied them also did a wonderful job. They told the story well and complimented the Cantus singers. The mental imagery they all concocted for me made for a moving experience. Pantages is beautiful but people must have been much smaller when they built it.

Gorgeous vocals, clear acting, and a minimalist set made this production one of my favorites of the year. Compelling. Beautiful. Transcendent.

Stunning vocals mixed with compelling letters from the soldiers tell of an amazing event during the height of WWI.

Loved everything about it. The music and voices were wonderful, the simple set was very effective for providing a feel for the actual location. Would definitely recommend.

As part of our annual "reunion," us four retirees attended All Is Calm. It was our best reunion ever. I purchased the Cantus CD and have been reliving the performance. This is a great addition to my other Cantus CD collection. And we loved the length of the performance. Great job!

It was everything I expected and more. Cantus is exceptional and their harmony and talent lived up to their reputation. The story was very well presented and the music was a great complement. I was surprised to find familiarity with many of the songs. Each spoken line was a quote from diaries of WWI and that very special night of the 1914 Christmas Truce. This lended authenticity to the play. I will be recommending it to several people next season. It was a wonderful evening.
