    Cantus (MPR) --wonderful as expected--- surprised, due to "my ignorance" by letter reading narrative, but wonderfully..!! A must see ! --for anyone with music appreciation or wanting the BEST FORM of seasonal experience.... ?Has anyone thought of DVD for home and broadcast network and/or public television..? jfk --'old music hobbyist/ audiophile' from south metro..

    I don't know if I have ever heard better male harmony in my life! Cantus was exceptional! Also, the simple format where the speaking characters simply spoke the written recollections of the 1914 Christmas truce was very effective. The length of the play was appropriate to its content.

    This performance was amazing! I loved hearing the harmony of the 9 male voices. The readings from actual soldiers were great. The simplicity of the staging and the costumes made the performance really powerful. I would definitely recommend seeing this!
