AJR IN CONCERT:
New York-based brother band AJR is generating significant buzz with their unique blend of barbershop harmonies, dubstep beats, and internet-savvy lyrical references. The trio's success with debut single "I'm Ready" has inevitably drawn comparisons to fellow brother outfit Hanson, but AJR's eclectic sound and DIY approach put them in a category all their own. From bright handclaps and playful samples to energetic ukulele and guitar strumming, AJR have crafted an endlessly creative sound that always leaves fans wanting more on their unforgettable tours.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
AJR is comprised of brothers Adam, Jack, and Ryan Met. The native New Yorkers got their start as street performers, playing covers of songs by the Beach Boys and Vampire Weekend in parks around Manhattan. The brothers released their debut single "I'm Ready" in 2013, tweeting it out to a number of celebrities in the hopes of getting discovered. The tactic worked -- the song caught the eye of SIA, who helped AJR secure a management deal. As the group's reputation continued to grow, they made their first TV appearances with performances on Good Day New York and VH1's Big Morning Buzz show. In late 2013 AJR released the I'm Ready EP, a solid debut that earned them opening slots on tour with big-name acts like Demi Lovato and the Wanted. A rising young act with talent to the gills, AJR have ticket buyers eagerly awaiting their upcoming tour dates.
Took my son as this is his favorite band. He rated it 11.5/10 when we talked after. The band is great, keeps your attention and brings the energy. But I also love how just human they are.
Great experience top 5 on my list of favorites. I didn’t get a group photo like my ticket stated so I was bummed about that
4 stars because the "fallen light"bit was super cheesy and only served as filler to take up enough time to not have to play one more song.
It's the best show I have ever seen. Technically perfect, I loved every minute.

The Maybe Man Tour is undoubtedly one of the best experiences anyone can have on this earth. Life changing. There were laughs, there were tears. Most of all, there was a shared experience of people gathering to celebrate and enjoy talent that is surely gifted from the divine. Thank you, Adam, Jack and Ryan.
AJR was phenomenal!!! The tech parts were fantastic, going into the crowd was so fun and awesome. I loved every bit of this show.

This concert was my best to date! I laughed, I cried, I felt emotions I'd never felt before. I brought my siblings with me and I know that this experience brought us closer to one another! We all love AJR and recommend seeing them live if you're able, you will not regret it!
AJR put on amazing, family-friendly concert. It’s as much an experience as a concert. This is our second AJR concert and we’ve enjoyed it extremely each time.
Concert was great, my kids had a pretty good time. The worst part was lack of leg room in the chairs. That's hard on people who are tall like my family. They did a great show though, although it seems like it started just a tad late.
It was awesome I love the light show AJR Kix butt Especially when they came up in the stands I was pretty sweet too
What a great show - even if for some reason this is not your go to music genre - this show is not to be missed. So good!!!!
I had no idea what we were going into, but this show blew us away! So fun!
This was seriously the best concert I have ever been to! My daughters and I had the time of our lives screaming at the top of our lungs for our favorite group!! Pit tickets made the experience that much extra! Being so close we could almost touch the stage was definitely worth it!
The experience was incredible. We absolutely loved our time seeing Dean Lewis and AJR. Our only complaint that we have is other concert goers did not take their seats prior to Dean Lewis taking stage and we could not sit and enjoy and watch him because they were standing in front of us and blocking our view the whole time. An announcement stating that the concert is about to start would be the only thing that we would recommend the venue possibly doing so people don't have their experiences ruined by others.
I took my 12 and 13 year old to see AJR for their first concert. It was a great show!! They are a good live show to see and very interactive with the audience. Ticketmaster sent reminder messages weekly to let me know the show was coming soon. And I had no problems checking into the event.
I’ve been to plenty of concerts in my day, many of them at the T-Mobile center, and this was hands down the best live performance I’ve ever seen. It was so good, I’m tempted to buy tickets for another show on the tour just to see AJR live again. I definitely plan on seeing them again if they ever come back to KC.
Our family of 5 had the absolute best time at the show. So much fun, great graphics, and a great message!
