AJR IN CONCERT:
New York-based brother band AJR is generating significant buzz with their unique blend of barbershop harmonies, dubstep beats, and internet-savvy lyrical references. The trio's success with debut single "I'm Ready" has inevitably drawn comparisons to fellow brother outfit Hanson, but AJR's eclectic sound and DIY approach put them in a category all their own. From bright handclaps and playful samples to energetic ukulele and guitar strumming, AJR have crafted an endlessly creative sound that always leaves fans wanting more on their unforgettable tours.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
AJR is comprised of brothers Adam, Jack, and Ryan Met. The native New Yorkers got their start as street performers, playing covers of songs by the Beach Boys and Vampire Weekend in parks around Manhattan. The brothers released their debut single "I'm Ready" in 2013, tweeting it out to a number of celebrities in the hopes of getting discovered. The tactic worked -- the song caught the eye of SIA, who helped AJR secure a management deal. As the group's reputation continued to grow, they made their first TV appearances with performances on Good Day New York and VH1's Big Morning Buzz show. In late 2013 AJR released the I'm Ready EP, a solid debut that earned them opening slots on tour with big-name acts like Demi Lovato and the Wanted. A rising young act with talent to the gills, AJR have ticket buyers eagerly awaiting their upcoming tour dates.
Simply put . . . The best show I’ve seen in a long time. Took my daughter and we had an amazing night. Ended too quickly but I think that is probably the best compliment. Safe travels guys. Can’t wait til you come back.

One of the best performances that I have ever seen live. I bought tickets as a surprise to my daughter only knowing a few of the band's songs, but loved literally every minute of the spectacle. Highly recommend.
AJR was amazing!! Very lively took time to connect with the audience and even played a few jokes on us! They did very cool graphics and ect on the screens making it lots more fun! They even came to our section and sat 3 rows in front of us and played 2 songs!! It was incredible!!! Also their opener Dean Lewis was fabulous!!! I would definitely want to see his full concert as well!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it was my sons very first concert and I’m sure it’s a night we will all always remember!!! We LOVE AJR!!

This concert was the most entertaining, fun, exciting concert my husband and I have ever been to. (We’ve been to many at PNC) We left almost speechless with how impressed we were with AJR and all of the work that went into that production. We would totally see again!
AJR was fantastic. I sang my face off. Too bad we couldn't get closer seats because Ticketmaster is absolute trash and their site couldn't handle it when the tickets went on sale.
We first saw AJR as an opener for another artist, and they were fantastic then. We have seen them a few times now as the main act at venues of different sizes and they have always put on a great show. Amazing voices, great crowd engagement, and it's just wonderful seeing them grow to now having their own headlining stadium tour. Congrats to AJR! Keep doing what makes you happy!!

Great concert. The music was great live. Loved the show. Our seats got upgraded because the view that we had we wouldn't have seen anything. Great experience all together.

The instructions Ticket Master sent regarding security allowed us to skip the long line and allowed us to get right in. The scanning/paperless ticket was quickly scanned by security! The concert was awesome! The security staff must all love their jobs because they were all so helpful and in great moods! Security was a concern prior to the event but after we arrived, we were all at ease and just enjoyed the entire night!! Thank you Xcel! Thank you AJR! Xoxoxox

Took my 13 year old son to his first concert - and AJR did not disappoint. The energy was incredible and it was a night I will never forget. Watching my sons face light up when they took the stage and jumping/singing along with him the entire show was worth every penny!
